Upon entering, it can be a little confusing if you've never been here before. Daily printed menus are available on a counter in front of a long pastry case at the entrance. The order register is at the end, where you place your order, pay and obtain a number. The option of a tip is also available at this time. Beverage service as well as bussing your table are self service. Our order was brought to the table quickly, according to our numbers, and all our food was absolutely delicious! The lunch menu ranges from full breakfast all day, a variety of coffees to salads, hot and cold sandwiches and melts with many vegetarian options. The hearty quiche servings we ordered were very generous and tasty, with light phyllo dough crust and creamy egg fillings. The tomato basil soup and roasted potato sides were flavorful and nicely seasoned. The caprese chicken wrap was generous with tender chicken, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, mozzerella, and pesto in a warm tomato basil wrap. We had a pleasant sufficiency, and did not order dessert. No service staff came to our table during the meal, and I don't know if this is expected due to the self service nature here. The atmosphere was welcoming, and even though the lunch service was busy, everything seemed to be running smoothly. The most busy time seems to be weekday breakfast or weekend brunch. The self service was a little surprising, but worked well, especially with the busy meal service. Individual and full sized desserts including cakes, pies, and pastries are available at the front case as well as a variety of breads. Outdoor dining is available seasonally, when weather permits. This dining experience was very pleasant, with excellent food and nice surroundings.

A friend and I chose this location for lunch, as the choices are limited in this area on Monday. Ordering went OK, but the small dining area was hot, and there were unsightly multiple air conditioning units plugged into the ceiling, that were not very effective. My friend ordered the chicken salad croissant, which held wilted lettuce on the sandwich and as garnish. There was only less than a tablespoon of chicken salad on each half of her sandwich. She took it back to the cashier, and waited a considerable period of time before a freshly made, more vibrant sandwich was brought. She deemed the chicken salad good. I ordered eggs Benedict on a croissant. The sandwich had Canadian bacon, with two poached eggs covered with a light hollandaise. The top of the untoasted croissant was placed on the plate to make the plate look fuller, withn the same sprig of that wilted lettuce. I noted all sides were expensive a la cart, and have not been way in the past. The egg/ hollandaise flavor was light, and the saltiness of the bacon was most prominent. I don't think I'd order it again. Both dishes were a poor value considering the food received. This visit was sub par based on my previous visits. We left a very poor tip, based on the self service nature of this restaurant, the atmosphere, and the low food quality.

Went back and read more reviews from others. There used to be fuller plates with sides, and 5 star reviews. Recent reviews note the same issues we did. Loud atmosphere, poor quality cooking and food. Seems the quality is now gone from this once wonderful place. I hope they can get it back.

$$$$ for three plates. Pancake was still batter in the middle. No server or waitress, self order, self clean, aptly self tipped! Crepes with strawberries came with exactly 4 sliced pieces of SB! Not four strawberries sliced maybe I sliced into 4 pieces. Water, no ice. Places smells like liberal tears. Just not my kind of place. Dinner may be better but we will have to give it a second chance to find out. Most likely not, but if in the area, maybe.

Very good food and desserts. The French toast with brioche bread is excellent. Friendly, fast service.

Great food served quickly

The food is excellent here! Therefore, it can be crowded and loud at peak times. ODB is definitely worth checking out.

Food was very bland. It was my first time here and didn't know where to order so wasted about 10 min of my lunch break. Very disappointed.

I got a small cake there and it was fabulous! I did not order it they had one already made. It was a smaller one but just what I needed in a pinch for a friends birthday!

Salmon cake sandwich was so small and was dwarfed by the bread which was good but not that good. Plus, no peppers and coul not taste the horseradish nor mustard. 13 dollars for 2 bites of salmon cake, hmmm.

We have been here many times for breakfast, and we like it. We decided to try dinner. What a horrible experience! There was only one other table so the restaurant was empty. The server was slow and aphetic. We ask for bread it took forever to come, we were over half through with our meal so we asked her for the bread again, and when it came there were stale pieces of bread! The portion sized were so small that we both left hungry. I emailed the manager about the experience and never received any response. I called to speak with her and once again was not available with no response. What a unprofessional attitude and customer service. Be warned do not go for dinner.

Decent food in a relaxed setting. Friendly efficient staff.

Wow! The food, the staff, the service - wow! The brisket hash is out of this world, and the chorizo crepes are extremely tasty. Latte was delicious, and the fresh squeezed OJ was delightful. Very, very impressed.
