Got DoorDash Nov 3 ordered 2 ribeye meals $91.73 plus tip the salads I ordered were not included in the order and one steak was not edible mostly gristle so my meal was only a baked potato and a few bites of meat and bread for almost $50!! I reached out online through the website customer feedback section to report issue along with pictures and order numbers copy of receipt on two occasions to this date there was no apology no refund or credit We used to enjoy ordering from them . Spend your $$ elsewhere

Our church supper club visited Outback recently, a group of ten. We had a little trouble finding a venue for our monthly outing because few steak houses take reservations. Outback accommodated us and our cheerful waiter kept our orders straight. Food arrived in batches and while folks who ordered steaks seemed happy, I ordered shrimp grilled on the barbie and it was awful. Lifeless shrimp with very little flavor , a piece of sweet dark brown bread and a little pot of decent remoulade. None of it even warm. On the plus side, they don't charge much. I won't be back, but steak lovers might.

Delivery service through their app is convenient. Had filet mignon (medium rare) and lobster tail combo with two sides and added sauteed mushrooms. Came with a little loaf of bread just like dining in.

The food was great and it was more than I can eat for one meal, so I saved the salad and soup sides for my next meal.

I went in with a buddy for my birthday dinner. We walked right in and straight to the bar. Service was almost immediate, and super polite. Our drinks were never empty. The good was cooked perfectly. And though the restaurant was getting hammered, everything ran smoothly, and I never saw anyone in panic mode. I was very impressed.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the weird open floor plan there's no privacy anywhere really and I felt like I was being stared at the entire time I was eating made me uncomfortable

Enjoyed Meal with Hubby on Veterans Day at the Bar! Service was hands down amazing, hated the bar tender was moving away to NC, she was The Best!! Food was Great & prices were amazing for specials they had!!

Had a fantastic time, the waitress was amazing, I wish I could remember her name, she was in high school and had hair that came to about her shoulders, she anticipated what we wanted before we could ask her for anything, and we love the ranch at your restaurant and did not have to ask for extra sauce like we usually do, have not had such great customer service in a while. Food was the quality I usually expect from outback. Can't think of a complaint at all.

Food was delicious but our wait person was terrible. Took a while to even acknowledge us and after finally ordering and getting our meal didn’t check back and we had to wait forever after to order dessert and then another long wait for check. The reason for these delays was his extra long conversations with whoever sat in his area, never thinking to check on those whom he had already seen to. Totally oblivious to his other customers. Sure want to avoid him next time.

Party of 10 last night. The service wasn’t just slow it was unacceptable. We don’t like to complain as we still think covid is making restaurants understaffed but this was more than just understaffed. All of our salads came out except for one. After our server finally noticed she said she would get it for him. Maybe 7-10 minutes later it came out. How could it take that long to make a side salad? Next was the entrees. Everyone received theirs but one, again. This time the server told us that it was accidentally given to another table. No apology. In fact, she said when it comes out I’ll bring a to go box and she did! Again, no apology or offer to compensate. Then it was time for the check. She asked how to split the checks. Someone from my party told her that the one who didn’t get her entire should be compensated. The server was quick to say with an attitude, I’ll have to ask my manager. The meal was compensated but she pointed out the charge for the 4.00 Coke was still on the ticket. How petty. Very disappointed night to say the least.
