Orderef a pizza to be delivered. NEVER told it was Doordash, told me it was $18 and some change. The guy gets here and it's $24.86. AGAIN, Never told me it was Doordash. Then, I called back twice and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before being hung up on both times. Utterly ridiculous. I didn't have enough to give the poor guy who brought it to me a tip. On top of that MY FOOD WAS FREAKING COLD. Felt bad for the delivery guy. Sorry way to do business by Papa John's. NEVER AGAIN!!!?

I am a loyal Papa Johns customer but this had to be my worst experience with a Papa Johns. I placed a delivery order online. When the order arrived one item was wrong even though the tag on the box clearly stated what the item should have been. After a half dozen phone calls and almost two hours they finally delivered the correct item. I may have been understanding but after almost an hour and a half they lied and said the item had been delivered to the front desk of the hotel I was at. The item was not there and when I called back they lied again several times before another person got on the phone and apologized and finally got the item sent out and delivered. Horrible Customer Service at this location

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. One of the pizzas had no sauce and sausage/olives hidden under the cheese. The lobby with dirty and had Papa John’s unopened mail laying on the floor. One of the employees seemed intoxicated. My order is always wrong when I go to this location so I’m avoiding it from now on.

Had company & this is what they wanted. The food was ok. The employees were great in getting it all together with no errors. It was all nice & hot. 5 pizzas, 6 deserts & 2 two liters of soda. It was also late at night close to closing.
We had a big order middle of the day and they were great - thanks for helping us out ! Great pizza and service

They were one of the ONLY places open during the snow/ice and delivered! I'm so grateful for that! (Yes I tipped decently!)
*It was switched over to Door Dash for delivery though and they didn't even knock on the door, just left it (hotel room so at least it wasn't in the cold)
