Put in a take-out order of Pho and picked it up within 15 minutes, super fast service and the ingredients all being separated ensured the broth was still nice and warm when I got home. Loved that the extra sauces were also included so I could spice up the flavor of the broth a bit. All of the ingredients seemed fresh and flavorful and there were definitely enough noodles. However having tried many pho at other places this broth felt like it was missing... something? I have no idea what the taste is, but this is like 90% there. Something that has you smacking your lips where you can't wait until the next bite, I only felt that way when I started mixing in the sauces.

Very friendly service, and fast, but the furniture and decor are a bit dingy and the food (tofu with lemongrass) was mediocre. I didn’t taste any lemongrass…. Fresh spring rolls had noodles and cucumber in them only. No carrot, no basil or mint. Tasted like bad Chinese food. I love Vietnamese food and always seek it out when traveling - will try another in Roanoke if I pass through again.

Omg!!! This Pho is amazing! They gave me so much! It has more herbs and flavor! The broth was scalding hot! I needed it to be that hot because I have a sinus infection!! So thank you so much! I’ll be coming back! The price was worth it!

The outside of this place does it a major disservice. The food was amazing quality and great prices. I had assumed my portion size would be terrible for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to any pho enjoyers. Biggest downside was the room temp soda can. Even with a glass of ice being served, hot soda is a big no no so please invest in a small mini fridge for your sodas! Overall dont let the parking lot and outside of the building fool you, this place is a sleeper hit.
