Ordered delivery through the app and it was wonderful. The first time I’ve ordered PH in at least ten years, and it was such a pleasant experience! My order was delivered within like 25 minutes or something wildly fast, and the driver actually followed delivery instructions! I will definitely be ordering from this location again. The food was fresh and really delicious overall. Even the boneless wing hater in our home enjoyed the boneless wings. Great experience!
I say this because my first experience with delivery was awesome. Food was great, delivery guy was personable. However my second and last experience was awful. My order was completely wrong and (30 minutes behind the promised delivery time) and the driver forgot the dipping sauces and drinks. When I called the store the lady's attitude tone and choice of words were very ugly. I was using my kind, professional tone and words. She did have the driver pick up the wrong pizza and promised to make it correctly. She told me I "punched it in wrong" on the app. Kinda hard for that to happen when I simply did a re oder of my last purchase. The replacement pizza came. It looked like the dough had been thrown on the floor. The toppings were thin very thin and only had 2 of the 3 toppings not much cheese or sauce. Needless to say we did not eat it. I threw it out. Never getting food from this pizza hut or any other for that matter. Maybe I was spoiled in California, but the restaurant service here is awful😖😱!

Ordered online, and my address auto-completed to something else entirely. Driver (Daniel) called to find out the right address and brought the order within minutes. He's a hero for saving dinner!
Ordered pizza to hotel. Said it would be 25 mins. After an hour called restaurant just to be put on hold for 15 mins. Then they didn't answer after that went to phone order. After 2 hours of nothing decided to head to pizza hut before they close. And there at my hotel room at the door is pizza. No knock on door or anything. Worst service from a delivery service. Don't recommend this Pizza Hut.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever dealt with, frequent missing items, employees including “managers” clearly high as a kite barely able to hold their heads up, when you call up there to fix the issue they caused, they put you on hold and just leave you there, have to physically go there in person to get a refund just to be given the run around and have it blamed on DoorDash. They actually make you feel like you’re wrong for wanting your money back for items they didn’t deliver. Pathetic location, the one across town is so much better and actually willing to help their customers. Pizza Hut needs to close this location down.
