I ordered a pizza last night at 8:35pm for delivery. At 8:55, I received a text saying it was on the way, and at 9:14, it said it was delivered. I went outside and checked around, and called them at 9:22 telling them what happened. They said the app was glitching and saying it was delivered when it’s still on the way. I call again at 9:46 and 9:48, they don’t answer. I call off my boyfriends phone, they answer first ring. They told me again that it was still on the way, I said “for almost an hour? I’m 6 minutes away. Even if they had more than one order to take, it still wouldn’t take that long.” As he proceeded to say again that they’re just still on the way. I called again at 10:06 and asked them to cancel it because at that point, I just ordered from somewhere else and it got there faster than they could. They didn’t answer though, once again. Needless to say, it’s the next day and I never got my pizza.

I swore the last time I ordered from here would be the last time (and it was for me). A friend of mine ordered today, and we got the exact same service that I received. Not only have they now lost my business but also my whole office refuses to go there. The customer service is completely out of line, the management is very rude, they hang up on their customers, and they allow their employees to be just as rude. Customer service is very important and they lack in it and have lost 10 customer because of this.

Came in for $2 pizza night, online said it was ready. GM lied and said another 20 min wait. After almost an hour asked and she informed me that my order had been pushed and now it was another hour wait. She the told me online orders came first, told her mine was online. I told her mine was set for ASAP she tells me that means whenever they get to it. Video posted also of this horrible incident hopefully corporate can see it. I am contacting them also. Went to Electric road location and the GM there lied and said that the highest I can complain is the GM at Williamson..which is the person I had the issue with which is false. I do not recommend coming here it's rated 3.3 stars for a reason!
