I have been there twice so far during the lunch hour, and even with the slowness of my order, the sandwiches were very good. The chicken was hot and very crispy and I love the sauces that Popeyes adds. The fries were also very tasty.

Solid food and generally good service unless they're busy. Last order took forever and was wrong. They do offer law enforcement discount so that's nice. Went in today at 7:30. Dining room closes at 8 but the door was locked. Wasn't too happy about that. They even told me the lobby is open til 8 and offered no explanation why it closed more than a half hour early. It was empty at 7:30 leading me to believe it had been locked for some time. Oh well, I'll go by earlier if I have to.

I’m usually pretty forgiving with restaurant staff, but tonight the Popeye’s at Tanglewood Mall got my order wrong. The food was cold. The biscuits were like rocks from sitting under a hot light too long. Judging from some of the other reviews I see here they probably should get their act together.

So today Thursday around 7:30 i went to the store but I got the worst service ever! The black girl I asked her name she said duya or duwa I couldn’t understand but she’s the worst employee I’ve ever seen first of all she gave me old fries and cold chicken waited 15 minutes to get my food and she was gossiping with other black girl I heard there conversation before she pulled me up. She was not working at all sitting and gossiping acting like she’s the boss? I am going to complain about her and I want the general manager to see my feedback. This is not worth at all. If I see this girl again I am surely gonna talk to higher authorities.
Hands down THE BEST SERVICE! Friendly staff. I can’t say enough great things about this location. This popeyes is the farthest from my house and it’s always worth the travel.

I firstly want to add this was my very first time trying this “food”. It was life lesson to NEVER eat there again. To start the food is terrible over fried trash. Secondly I asked for honey mustard and was given bbq and cocktail. And was very rudely SHOVED my food out the window followed with a window slam. Disgusting food. Disgusting service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I’d even say McDonald’s would be a better bet, even if they sauce on you and their food is trash. At least they say have a nice night. Popeyes is absolute garbage.

Went there for the first time I had to wait 10 min then I didn’t get my fries so I went back in and had to wait another couple minutes when the fries were sitting there ready. This place was not packed at all and another lady came in and they forgot her wings but gave her the fries. Not going back again will be going to chick fil a.
