Decent food quality. Alot better than the Red Palace at Tanglewood. More selection, food is fresh.

The best food

I used to love going there since I moved to Roanoke to eat tasty delicious food, but in my last visit yesterday, the servant attitude was terrible and rude. While I am not required to pay tip, I give tip. The servant attitude was very bad and through the tip I give him on the table and asking me to pay at least 15% of the check.
I am not visiting this place again while the food is great, i don’t know how the service became that bad.

There are plenty of food choices for folks in your party! The service is always good and the staff is super friendly. It's not uncommon for us to visit as a large group post mass services, and the group as a whole enjoys the experience each time.

Used to go all the time when I was in town. Went for lunch today and could not believe the change in food and quality. All of the food was too salty and not the best I’ve had there. The lo mein noodles might as well been eating a clove of raw garlic. All the food was not warm either. Needless to say half a plate and I was ready to leave. From what used to be one of my favorites, I will probably not be back unless I’m going for just dumplings.

Best Chinese food in town. Great folks and service. Buffet or take out. They will make to order.

Lovely place. Busy during lunch rush on sunday and still got a table within 10 mins. Food was amazing, fresh and hot and they didnt run out. our waiter was prompt with our drinks. Paid ~$35 for two people - a wonderful deal for all you can eat. Great spot to go to!

This place is beautiful. As well as the service the people were nice. Food was also good.

I don't usually post reviews about buffets especially Chinese buffet because they're all about similar in terms of offering and quality. But this place....wow. I did not expect anything when walking in. The place seems a bit dimly lit and could use a but of renovation but when you start eating your food youll forget about the interior of the restaurant! We were staying overnight at a nearby hotel and did not want to drive far to eat after a long day of driving. So we just walked over to Red Palace not expecting much. But the quality of food was just superb. We walked in a bit late - less than an hour before closing and they were still bringing out trays after trays of fresh food. I highly recommend this place for anyone's needs. Price wasn't too bad -- $15.95 per person.

Don’t plan on going back. The food just was not good. Very dry…..
