Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great service, super fast and friendly.
We were seated in the bar, it was very cold from the ac blowing directly on us. Not a fan of that.

I ordered the mai tai cocktail and it was so disgustingly sugary sweet, absolutely impossible to drink.
I know tropical drinks tend to be sweet however there is sweet, and then there is ' put the person into a diabetic coma' sweet.

They need to revamp the recipe.

Went in with family 5 adults and two children. It got busy after our order was taken. Then our food arrived at different times. Then one order didn’t come and had to be put in again even though it was the first order taken and I saw her write it down. Then I had asked for honey mustard instead of Mayo on my sandwich which did not come and the waitress didn’t come around until I had already finished my fries. Then I had two gift cards to use and I was told they didn’t have anything on them so I paid with a credit card. Then my son called and checked the cards and yes they still had money on them. I won’t be going back for a good while especially not with several people.

We were a larger group of 29 that stopped on our way to camp. We gave them a heads up and walked in with ice water already on the tables and were welcomed with a smile. The service was amazing and Ryan the waitress did an incredible job. Regena the manager was kind and all over making our experience memorable. Two years in a row we have stopped here and they have treated our group like royalty. Thank you Red Robin staff for making it a great experience! We look forward to next year!

The price of the burgers keeps going up but the quality keeps going down. And the floor was so greasy my shoes were sliding, yuck.

There was an issue with my order. The staff member and manager went above and beyond to make it right. They comped my salad and made a new one togo(at my request) for me and gave me a whole tub of ranch dressing to take. Would definitely go back.

Terrible service. I was seated right away and waited for a beer for 15 minutes. It never came. Noisy atmosphere with waiters breaking plates. I walked out.
