Ordered a salad and cheese sticks to go. Ordered the salad with a few extra veggies and some ranch with the sticks. None of the extras were done, which was disappointing. The Caesar salad was swimming in dressing, so order it on the side.

Stopped in there a few weeks ago. Guy there just in time to get a seat before the crowds came in. It is usually a short wait when I go here. The food, as usual, was great. It didn't take long for it to come out of the kitchen. The wait staff were attentive to our needs. I still think this place is a little expensive, but what isn't now a days. Check them out, but make sure you leave some time.

Visited on a Friday evening and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table for our party of 6. It was to be expected but when we got into the dining area there were several empty tables so maybe we could have been seated earlier.
The food was delicious but it did take quite a while for it to arrive. It appeared that the kitchen was understaffed.
When our did finally arrived, one order was completely wrong, and wasn't noticed until the server left. It took her a while to check on us again. The server was able to rush the replacement but the rest of us were half done by the time the correct did arrived.
Drink refills were slow, the servers may have been stretched thin as well.
The food was worth it, but I wouldn't want to deal with this pace of service very often.

In general Red Robin can be hit or miss, but this location knocked it out of the park. Great food served hot, fast friendly service, drink refills without asking, hit the spot!

A burger, fries and a drink for around 20 bucks. The waitress was good, but she seemed to not have any help. That being said, she still did a good job. I asked for medium rare and it came out spot on. Very tastey, very messy. The decor fits the place. Parking lot is inside Valley View so you should find a spot.

Great service, super fast and friendly.
We were seated in the bar, it was very cold from the ac blowing directly on us. Not a fan of that.

I ordered the mai tai cocktail and it was so disgustingly sugary sweet, absolutely impossible to drink.
I know tropical drinks tend to be sweet however there is sweet, and then there is ' put the person into a diabetic coma' sweet.

They need to revamp the recipe.

Went in with family 5 adults and two children. It got busy after our order was taken. Then our food arrived at different times. Then one order didn’t come and had to be put in again even though it was the first order taken and I saw her write it down. Then I had asked for honey mustard instead of Mayo on my sandwich which did not come and the waitress didn’t come around until I had already finished my fries. Then I had two gift cards to use and I was told they didn’t have anything on them so I paid with a credit card. Then my son called and checked the cards and yes they still had money on them. I won’t be going back for a good while especially not with several people.

We were a larger group of 29 that stopped on our way to camp. We gave them a heads up and walked in with ice water already on the tables and were welcomed with a smile. The service was amazing and Ryan the waitress did an incredible job. Regena the manager was kind and all over making our experience memorable. Two years in a row we have stopped here and they have treated our group like royalty. Thank you Red Robin staff for making it a great experience! We look forward to next year!
