Terrible service. I was seated right away and waited for a beer for 15 minutes. It never came. Noisy atmosphere with waiters breaking plates. I walked out.

Me and my mother went to the Red Robin located in Roanoke, Virginia. Our waitress named Bambi or however you spell her name. She got my mother's order wrong after she stated what she wanted twice! She hardly checked on if we needed anything else but checked on other around us. Very very late with serving us. She was off talking to some other man that was sitting not too far with us knowing we needed service. She was also seen by me drinking alcohol and sticking it behind the bar. When she walked by and she smelt like straight alcohol, can't tell what specific but it was just terrible service. I normally have amazing service going there but after today I WILL NOT be going back for a while!! PS: she did not get a tip from either me or my mother.

Sam, our waiter was great, food was perfect however you could here management yelling at wait staff and cooks over the smallest inconveniences with food. for example waitress grabbing silverware and being in the way of him putting a ranch on a tray. For a place with an open view of the kitchen it’s not very positive to see a bald manager with glasses yelling at waitress almost to tears in plain view of customers.

Any kind of burger you can imagine and huge the endless bucket of fries are also delicious. If you get a burger down, there's no possible way to get many fries down. Highly recommend

Parking: Location in Roanoke is on the outside of the mall. Easy access unless 5pm , when everyone is coming in from work

Very busy , staff extremely friendly and nice to talk to. My order was slightly wrong but fixed immediately. Food was really good. Grandson says the chicken tenders are the best he's ever had.

Awful experience food was very tasty, but the server was terrible brought out everybody’s drinks but mine. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on a drink. Our food came out sporadically a plate here plate there somebody at the table ordered a milkshake and we asked for boxes 15 minutes later we’re still sitting there waiting three times I tried to flag down our server, she continue to ignore us. We said something to management and management didn’t even care. I will not go back.

The bartender/ server had a great demeanor. However, she was always forgetting stuff we would ask for. Each time we would remind her she would apologize and say she thought someone brought it out. This happened repeatedly.

1st time at a Red Robin and was not impressed at all! The burgers weren't great, neither was the salad. The bathrooms were not that clean, but I've seen worse. Very pricey compared to the quality of food! Even our waitress acted like she couldn't care less. The fries were good and that is the only reason they got 2 stars...

My only complaint they had the table extended it was leaning pretty hard. Probly should get maintenance on that. Besides that great time.

I truly hate the floor in this restaurant. The tables slide, chairs slide and you slide. They have carpets in the main walking area to prevent falls but there's significant floor area without this extra traction. We kept repositioning our table... Waitress said customers regularly complain about that and she feels like she's "on skates in here".

We have been to this location sporadically over the years. This is the first time the food met our expectation of a red robin. I get the feeling the location has struggled and if you stay on the path we just experienced, I'm guessing you'll see a turn around.

11/09/2024 , i had made an order online , and for some reason , they never got it at roanoke va location , but i do understand some time stuff like this happen but the reason for the review , young lady the manager of this valleyview blvd location Schuyler ,, very nice and professional, stepped up and took care of everything, for me and , just as a good manager would to take care of the issue , absolutely she does deserve a five star service review , thanx alot and i will
Definitely order again not just because of the good food ? but also very good service .
