I’ve become a regular in this establishment within the past couple of months. I like to come in for the lunch special. I came in today and it was very busy, busiest i’ve ever seen at this time of day. I’ve had all three girls that were there today as servers and I must say, all together they are a dream team! way to go Ariel, Caroline, and Elle! They handled the situation very well. Chicken parm was as good as always, I definitely recommend going in the afternoon for the best food. Always a great experience here at Remini’s

Favorite italian place in roanoke by far. Went last Tuesday for lunch, had an overall pleasant experience. Food was great, the cooks in the afternoon never fail to impress me. Got a lunch portion carbonara and it had a lot of food for a great price. Got to take some home for lunch the next day. Service was excellent. Tiny blonde girl is clearly experienced and committed to a positive customer experience which is nice. Only downside is that my bread was a little stale, but nothing I couldn’t still eat.

Wow, just wow. Here I am on my lunch break passing my usual go to spots when I come across this gem. A review simply does not do the chicken marsala justice. Being from up north, I honestly felt a taste of home. If you’re looking for some authentic Italian food with a comfortable atmosphere and spot on service Remini’s is the place to go. Food was cooked right in front of my and my server Elle was on point. I look forward to my next visit!!

Hands down the best Italian food in Roanoke. All freshly made with so much flavor. Everything is delicious. We have ate there for years but went tonight and the new owner, Jimmy, is so kind. He was great to our young son and went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for us. Bonnie, our server, was so kind and attentive. Everything came out quickly and hot and fresh. The portions are huge and so flavorful. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been a regular customer for a while, the food is good. However I will not return again after what I witnessed tonight. As I set near the open kitchen, I couldn't carry on a conversation with my family because the owner was screaming and belittling his line cooks. I overheard some loud profanity, and was embarrassed because some nice German Baptist ladies sat at the next table. I could see the it made them uncomfortable too. There is never a good reason to treat employees this way and I won't be returning again. I will advise my friends to find another choice. With all the local restaurants closing, it doesn't make good business sense to put on a bad show like that.
They never disappoint!! The food is wonderful and so many choices. Something for everyone!

I have to say I was disappointed tonight. I’ve been eating here for quite some time, but I must mention how awful the owner was to his staff. I overheard him belittle his staff on numerous occasions. He made a comment that if he had to be there, they were going to feel it. He called one of the staff junior a few times. A staff person brought him more of those little oil dishes, and he snapped that he didn’t need those. He seemed intoxicated by hugging on one of the cooks. There are plenty of other places to eat without having to watch this “show”.

Remini’s was the perfect choice for a date night with my boyfriend. We shared the Chicken Marsala for 2, and it was absolutely incredible, tender chicken, a rich and flavorful sauce, and the perfect portion to split. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic, just what we were hoping for. Service was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome the entire evening. Between the food, the setting, and the service, it was a truly memorable night. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!
