Tried calling three times for a take-out on July 1, 2020 and could not get through so drove out to find all signage down except one on the front door saying "Closed" and a padlock on the door!

I don't know how to rate this Ruby Tuesday. All staff was nice,food was good,but $3.16 for a Styrofoam cup of diet coke-wow should have went to fast food place for drink!

The hostess definitely needs a class in just being nice. She was very unfriendly. The waitress was very uninformed ok prices even the tea. She though turned out to be very good and served us well.

Good food but slow service. Time before this when I went, my pork chop was tough. They made it right as best as they could. Did not charge me for me meal.Second time we went it was good.

I really like the hamburger I had and the salad bar looked great as if they had not changed it from the way it used to be. The one in Greensboro NC had changed and I didn't like it anymore. They took things off of it that I really liked and for that reason I didn't like going there anymore.

Impeccable service and the food is "lick your plate" kind of good! Very chill atmosphere too. :) I reccomend the grilled salmon for the seafood lovers reading this.

second time going to this place and was seated at the bar area and all was ok (except dirty windows dirty floor and terrible bathrooms smell was very foul. bar maid took order with no pen and paper...A no no in waiting tables...came back twenty seconds later and ask how I wanted my steak... just knew it was going to be screwed up... and it was. Not a good experience. Roanoke in general is not a good place to stop anyway... very trashy place

I enjoy their salad bar very much. Always fresh. Solid light meal after a rough day. Rest of menu typically good too. Service excellent tonight.
