We have been a long time customer for many, many years at Sakura. Yesterday, will be our last time dining there!
When we walked in we were the only customers for about 15 minutes. We had the sweetest waitress that very quickly seated us and took our drink order. She brought our drinks back and proceeded to take our food order. Good evening,
I recently visited Sakura 9 for the all-you-can-eat sushi special. The food was decent but the service was terrible due to the discrimination that was displayed against me and my family. I was verbally directed to move due to they had a larger party they were trying to accommodate, which we agree to move. Went there tonight and spent 70 plus dollars plus tip. Got all the way back to Vinton and didn’t have all my food. All I ask was for my food plus gas allowance. Nope would not do that! Drove back out and ask for my money back! Would not do that! Finally a waitress said all he is asking is his money back and he will never come back. Finally they gave my money back. We eat there 3 times a month but I will NeVER go back!
