I had a really disappointing experience at the Sbarro in Valley View Mall. I walked up to the counter and placed my order, and the gentleman working there just stood there and stared at me. He didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, and didn’t even acknowledge that I’d spoken. I stood there for close to 10 minutes with no update, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing at all. It was extremely awkward and unprofessional.
Based on this experience, I definitely would not recommend this location.

I was just recently in this establishment with my coworker and we both bought 2 slices of pizza but mine came up to $12 and his came up to $6 and there was a family who ordered more food than me and paid a lower price as well, I was just more surprised that I had to pay more than everyone else while the pizza wasn’t the best and it was after the mall was closed as well.

Pizza was honestly the worst I’ve had I’m sorry but, the sauce was sour and no sweetness whatsoever, also sauce tasted like spaghettiOs lol😂 but honestly service was good my bf talked so he said it was fine but atmosphere wise there was a dirty plate under one of the tables honestly, not my place to be saying anything, but if I’m eating there, it should be clean…. Overall I was just shocked at the pizza because I’ve never had anything like that. It was just sour and not appeasing or appetizing…….

Besides needing more topping options for the pizza, I still spent too much money on the options available. Mama's Meatball and ricotta cheese pizza and I are happily married.
Went in, and the first employee servicing near the food was extremely timid. Couldn’t even hear a word he was saying. He ended up giving me the wrong items after double checking with him that I was receiving the correct items. Very disappointing as I spent a pretty penny and a tip. :’) My boyfriend was looking forward to his food but ended up disappointed.

Service was good until paying - I was to get a military discount and the cashier did not give it and basically told me it was too bad. Did not offer to correct the error therefore, I will never go back. Check your receipts, you never know if they are correct.
