Smokey Bones Reviews
I think it was very bad that they closed on Sunday but they did not give a time of the closing and they close at like 7:00 so people could not make it out there to the final closing cuz when they went there they were told we're already closed because I was one of them that was turned down I think that's crazy and bad customer service because you should announce the closing time if you was not going to be open regular hours
i dont know how to spell our waitress' name so somebody please comment and correct me so i can fix it. i think they said her name was Tixo? i dont know but shes probably the best server ive had anywhere in all of 2024. knows how to handle a table with kids, quick, friendly, bubbly. i couldnt remember what i had last time and she figured it out and delivered, special request included. we will be asking for her anytime we come back here. food was good too 🤣

Menu
Smokey Bones Roanoke is a hit-or-miss dining experience. While the service can be inconsistent, the food quality is generally satisfactory. The menu features a variety of barbecue items, including a rack of baby back ribs and brisket, as well as other dishes like cornbread, which customers have praised as the best. The atmosphere is described as great, with fantastic music and a welcoming ambiance. Some guests have noted issues with the restaurant's closing time on Sundays, suggesting better communication could improve customer service. However, when service is good, as experienced with a phenomenal server named Vesper, it can enhance the dining experience significantly. Overall, Smokey Bones Roanoke offers a mixed experience, with the potential for a pleasant visit depending on the staff and the availability of the desired menu items.
