My server Kimoni was amazing. Eating with the children is stressful but she was extremely attentive to our needs. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the menus and had many suggestions on how to make our experience better. She is a gem. Thank you

With nowhere better to be, I decided to head to Smokey Bones for my New Years Eve plans. From the moment I walked in, I knew I made the right decision. Eve and Katie were amazing! They were both friendly, and no matter how busy they got (which they definitely got busy) each of them took the time to check in with me to see if there was anything I needed. They made my night great, and I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Tanner was amazing! As a manager he visited our table and helped our special needs child feel at home, with a ten minute visit in which he helped our son pick out a great meal.

I've been eating here since the place opened, and although the company has chosen to make a series of unfortunate menu changes, I still return again and again. This time, James served us. We were only his third table as a server on the floor. I usually have issues with despicable training practices all over the world, but James knew what he was doing and kindly and efficiently served us very well. High five!

We used to really like Smokey Bones but lately it seems things have gone down hill. The last 2 -3 times we have been there, there have only been 2 waitresses working, the food was lukewarm and mediocre in taste, and I felt like the waitress was irritated because we kept asking for things (silverware, plates for appetizers, refills on water). We will skip next time and go somewhere else.

It's a little pricey but very good! The BBQ magnachos are my favorite thing to get here as well as the baked potato with pulled pork. And the banana pudding is really good as well!

Terrible! Ordered ribs for lunch. They were overcooked and dry. The silver skin had not been removed. Worst ribs. Consistency of beef jerky.
