Unbelievable experience and food!Wife and I have dined all around the east coast from the Keys to Tennessee. Been to many restaurants, few come close in comparison to this place.Our waitress, Daphne, greeted us at the door and seated us down. She was the most professional and personable waitress my wife and I have ever had. Her personality went miles above the expectation of a normal restaurant server.11/10 will be back.
Food tastes amazing! Service was exceptional. We got the 4+ Bone Fire and I will say it tastes great, but doesn’t seem like much more food than the 2-3 person one. Other than that, everything was amazing!Kid-friendliness: Super friendly staff!! Great management.

Very quiet afternoon. Terrific waitress and the lunch menu was delicious!
First time ever at Smokey Bones and we visited in the middle of the afternoon.Daphne was our waitress and she is INCREDIBLE.Genuine, friendly, knowledgeable honestly the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had off the service alone!Food was also amazing. Steak was cooked to PERFECTION.Highly recommend.

We had a very large party. 18 or 20 people. Lucy was a spectacular wait person. Didn't get overwhelmed with so many.John was the cook and no one had a complaint about how their food was prepared.Ryan is the manager of the store and came out and greeted us and checked on us after our food came.Was a great experience.

Went over the weekend with a party of 25. The food came out all together, and the orders were all correct. I got the bone-in wings, which were really well done. Our server, Lucy, was attentive and friendly. We had to go orders as well, that were well timed and correct. The manager, Ryan, checked on us several times as well. The restaurant was clearly short-staffed but got our food out very quickly. 10/10 recommend.
