People are always efficient and helpful, smoothies always taste fresh. I won’t go anywhere else for smoothies.

I love Smoothie King but have had only bad experiences at this location. I decided to give them one more chance and it was a mistake. I arrived 10 minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t. I waited 20 minutes in a completely empty store (no other customers) for my two simple smoothies to be made - so in total it was made 30 mins after it was supposed to be ready. There were three women working, so it shouldn’t take 30 mins to make 2 smoothies. Two of the three were discussing and working on their closing tasks (an hour before the store closes) and the third was making her personal smoothie before clocking out instead of assisting their only customer. Once they were made, they were the wrong size. I didn’t have it in me to wait 30 more mins for the correct smoothie, so I left with them. My partner’s was correct (though a size too small) but once I tasted the one I ordered I realized they gave me a completely different smoothie. I think the worker making herself a smoothie mixed hers with mine. That was my last chance for this location, but luckily tropical smoothie is across the street for when there isn’t time to drive to Elderberries - both far superior in customer service.

They are not open at 8:30 on Saturday morning. Just tried to walk in and sadly found this out. Please update your hours.

If only I could leave no stars, I had a terrible experience. I was told I could buy protein powder for the keto diet at Smoothie King, so I ask the clueless cashier and she just looked around blankly while saying we don't sell keto powder. Okay, what do you have thats comparable? Now there are 3 clueless girls standing in front of me, who in no way tried to assist me or explain anything. I guess smoothie king employees have no idea what they're selling and Smoothie King doesn't mind? I'll spend 50 a tub at GNC, where they at least pretend to know what they have!

Staff here is wonderful. They have always been very friendly and welcoming. The smoothies always taste great too!

I did not have a good experience. I tried Smoothie King for the first time yesterday, and the young lady that was servicing me was to distracted. It seem like she had friends there visiting her. The young lady was more tune in her friends being there. My husband and I ordered 3 smoothies he said 2 which was the same kind, then I ordered a different one. When was told the smoothies were done there were only 2. When I asked where was the 3rd smoothie the girl looked at me like I was crazy. She said "did you pay for 3" I replied yes cause I paid with my card and it was my first time being there so wasn't really paying attention to the pricing. Then my husband cleared it up, and paid for the other smoothie separate. The worker whispered to the other worker there that I was trying to get a smoothie free. Which was not the case at all. I felt that was rude, and I am not going back.
