They have taken out almost all the menu boards & replaced them with signs to check in on the app. What?!?!?! This is a drive-in, do they not even know what that means anymore? I don't have nor do I want their app. The wait time is crazy long and they weren't busy. They should close just like the one in Salem did. If you have a lot of time to kill and don't mind OK at best food, this is your place. I'm still at a loss as to how they thought it was a good idea to go from about 30 stalls to 6, make this make sense.

Kid-friendliness: Yes as you all stay in your car.

Wheelchair accessibility: No need as you never leave your car.

Multiple cars have been waiting for 30-45 minutes, people were arguing about the wait time with the staff, I just left after I saw all of that

If I could give 0 starts I would… Placed a mobile order here for pick up, went to pick it up spend about 15mins waiting for it. Just to be brought and order that was close to mine but but had my drink missing and extra food. I told the guy this was what I ordered and showed them the order on my app. Dude still insists that what he brought me was what I ordered even with me showing him it wasn’t. Told him I just want a refund… he went back inside telling me he’ll let the manager know and the manager came out with the receipt and no refund in hand, insisting what they brought me was what I ordered, even after showing them my order on the app… after mentioning I was calling corporate she says I could’ve done your refund but just get it from them now. If you were going to give me my refund you would had it when you came out.

Nearly $50 bucks and 35 minutes for burgers and fries is a joke. Understaffed or not, how about you update your customer through your intercom about a wait? Poor training and Customer service - a joke. Never again, especially when after the horrific wait time and the order of 3 items was wrong.

This place used to be wonderful, always good food, always good service. I've been going here for YEARS and live very close by. I now refuse to go there when I can go to any other sonic. There's a woman (who i believe is the manager) who is often there alone, and she's rude, lazy, and barely does her job some days. I've been there between 3-5 hours after they opened and she's claimed they don't have certain items prepped yet. They often "don't have" ice cream or chili, they give us the wrong food or drinks, they constantly ignore customization options. She's even told me they were out of chili and another employee who was outside straight up said "she lyin". Our order got canceled so many times that an employee even joked about not having to cancel us this time. I used to go multiple times a week, now I might never go again.

I used to work at Sonic in Collinsville VA, which has now been turned into a Cook Out.
I got a strawberry cream slush.
It was decent
I don't recommend much food here but hey, I worked at Sonic before and I had the invasive experience

I don’t know who manages this place but there workers are very rude .. when I’m done with my order I will say that’s it do not interrupt me when I say just a second and give me my price when I’m not done. LEARN SOME RESPECT and it’s ridiculous that just bc you don’t want to make something you say the machine is down. Go find another job. Or be a better manager.

We actually left the drive through line bc I’m guessing they was messing up everyone’s order that was in front of us.

Came for breakfast this morning and was cussed at by the worker who took our order. Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the speaker… we were the only ones there. When she came on she stated very rudely “what do you want”… Shocked, but I ordered one meal, and waited for her to acknowledge it and ask what else. When she didn’t…. About 2 minutes passed, she very loudly and rudely goes “well? What else? Hurry up!” I was shocked and just looked at my husband who said “wow. That was terribly rude” to that she relied in the same tune “Ok? And you should have finished telling me your order then”. I just said “You know what, thank you, but no thank you, I’m actually going to go elsewhere, but I appreciate it”. She laughed and said “Ok? Go on then BYEEEEEE” like it was some joke. My husband (more angry than I was) said “That’s terrible customer service. What a brat”… to that she yelled, literally yelled “Yeah, yeah. Same to you. Go on. Byyyyyye get on. Go somewhere else”. We drove off in silence honestly trying to question if we were being pranked.

This had to be a joke… had to be. Now I’ve called all the numbers customer service gives me, and it’s outsourced to people who don’t even speak English that well… it’s a lost cause at this point. I wanted a district manager or general manager. The worker, by the way, had MD plates, if that helps… I have NEVER been spoken to in that way before over an order. Sonic, do better. This locations bad reviews are out of control, and this is why. The attitude of the people working there is digusting. You can’t even get someone who speaks English to call you back or answer your call.

It took 30 minutes of sitting here with the red button activated and to receive any service. I do not recommend coming here if you'd like to leave in a timely manner
