The parking lot had a total of 5 cars and we still waited 45 minutes for a hotdog, a burger, and some tots. The tots were extremely stale. I don’t know what they’re doing in there but that was genuinely unacceptable.

Fries were old called to get the issue resolved. I was put hold and no one never picked up the phone which is very unprofessional dealing with people food. I will be calling in the morning to speak with management.
Driving back from the hospital, my daughter must stop for her Route 44 diet cherry Coke or Cherry Limeaid.
2 problems: 1/2 the order screens don't work and the remote card payment doesn't work either making the server take the card inside so you can't leave a tip.

was told my ordered was cancelled (even though i paid) and then told i couldn't place it again because their system is down and they stopped taking orders at 10:40. After being ignored on the intercom i called and the manager hung up, as a service industry worker this was a joke of an experience.

Just very slow, does not seem like there are enough workers. Most recent order was 45 minutes behind because they brought out the wrong drinks and promptly forgot about us until we flagged someone down. Food is always pretty good just so slow.

Just went and stopped to get a pick me up while I was running errands. Unfortunately, I ordered a small cherry limeade with extra ice and an extra cherry and got none of the above. When I requested for them to remake my drink, they very clearly decided to drag out remaking it and providing it to me. And for the finale? They decided to request the old drink back and then throw it out in front of my face. I am unsure of the actual workers name. However, his description was a young light skin boy who tried to hide the tantrum he was throwing, but failed to do so. Very unprofessional atmosphere, clearly vindictive workers, unsure of if they’re the angry type to spit in drinks. Hope not!

Of all the Sonic in this area this is the BEST one, I have to drive on the other side of time yet it's WORTH the dive, the staff is are very professional and friendly, all though they don't have a drive thu It appears that the service at this location doesn't take 20 minutes of more to be serviced and ordered completed.

Rude employees and not at all timely service for just a couple of teas. Rudeness, $6+ for two medium teas now, and the loss of the Styrofoam cups and Sonic is now a thing of my families past.

They have taken out almost all the menu boards & replaced them with signs to check in on the app. What?!?!?! This is a drive-in, do they not even know what that means anymore? I don't have nor do I want their app. The wait time is crazy long and they weren't busy. They should close just like the one in Salem did. If you have a lot of time to kill and don't mind OK at best food, this is your place. I'm still at a loss as to how they thought it was a good idea to go from about 30 stalls to 6, make this make sense.
