Enjoyed a quick bite on our way home from a flight. We ordered a chicken sandwich and cheeseburger that was made to order. The best part was half off drinks with the app deal. Since it is the holidays they had they best peppermint bark Brownie milkshake that was amazing! It was very quiet since we were traveling late at night. The staff were very nice and helpful. The prices were what you would expect when buying fast food.

Update: tonight said their stalls are closed and drive thru only, at 9 pm!
Said they don't make any food orders after 10 pm, just drink orders. Guess franchise owner doesn't want to keep employees on after they close to save money.

Don't use the app here and dont order if you have any time restrictions. Ordered one meal on the app at 5:36pm in the parking lot. Didn't get food till 5:53pm. It was cold. Could see a worker behind the counter start my drink, and 6 minutes later finish it. Another employee had to go and grab my food off the counter and get my drink to me. Could have circled drive through 2x from the time I got there till I actually got my food.

We decided to eat out for a change and took a risk to try sonic once more. We received fast( I'm not kidding when I say this) service...the food was hot and fresh. Couldn't believe it, so I questioned jokingly if that was really our order. Even though they were busy, we still received polite and nice, customer service. They forgot the juice for our kids meal. After pressing the button, we got splendid service and the juice was on board. Great job!

I’m usually not one to make reviews but I was actually quite upset this evening when I went to grab something to eat before work. I waited in line for good 10 minutes. Gentlemen brought me out my food while cars were already ahead of me? I get a little ways down the road and notice I don’t have some of my food. So I turned back around and told the same gentleman what happened and he acted very annoyed because I simply asked for what I payed for… and continued to rudely close the drive thru door in my face when I was still speaking regarding my order 😕

Why do the cooks insist on adding salt to everything...can we taste the food? Overly salted food very often..old fries that they give you after you paid for fresh..I hate salty food

Food is always hot and flavorful! I love their cheeseburgers and tator tots! Very fast service as well with the ability to order ahead through their app! Edit: they also have awesome deals on their apps like BOGO etc, so if you are looking to save some cash or try something new on the menu, this is the way to order!

Once again full order wrong. OREO peanut butter, instead of chocolate and peanut butter for the shake.
The burger was smashed so thin the crumble literly spilled shredded smash burger amd dry pickle, missing ketchup. Short a straw.

This location has gotten steadily worse. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the hot-headed unprofessional managers today, so now I understand why the employees are so unprofessional. Skip this location unless you’re desperate.

Young teenaged kids never paying attention gets orders wrong not sanitizing there hands after bathroom use some can be very rude just depends on what manager is working

This Sonic was such a mixed bag and honestly super frustrating. Katie, the girl who first handed me my food, was AWESOME. She was super sweet and helpful and I have no complaints there at all. But then I went through the drive-through and it was the complete opposite. I ordered a slushy with Nerds, and when I got it, there were no Nerds in it. I told the girl at the window, and instead of just fixing it, she snapped at me saying, “Well, you should’ve asked for them.” Excuse me?? I did order it that way! Then she just threw them in after the fact, didn’t remake the drink, and it wasn’t even done right. On top of that, I ordered something “dirty style” and it didn’t even come with the cream it’s supposed to have. The service at the drive-through was rude, careless, and honestly just sucked. It felt like two totally different experiences in the same visit. Katie was great, but the rest of it was enough to make me not want to come back.

Onion Rings had no taste, no Onions just a crisp batter, Sonic may consider not selling them or use a different wholesaler , with the high price hikes and throwning away the onion Rings will not be eating at any other Sonic .

Absurdly long waits (30+ minutes) for food. I come back every year or so thinking it'll be better, but it never is.

Drive through looks faster than the stalls. Or do door dash and let it be someone else's problem.
