The drive-thru itself the ground next to the window really needs to be cleaned because it creates kind of a stink to it. But besides that everything was fantastic.

Stopped in to get some lunch on 10/1.Pulled up to drive thru speaker to order. The person taking the order was unable to take the order the first 2 times. I had to repeat the order 3 times before he got it right. Pulled up to the window after it was opened the guy said how much it was and I handed him my credit card. Moments later we got our drinks and credit card with receipt. Guy handed the order to me and immediately shut the window saying nothing. I wasn’t sure if the complete order was in the bag so I had to go thru the bag to see that it was all there. It would of been nice if he said something like “THANK YOU” very rude. I will not return. That was my first experience with Sonic. I had hoped it would of been better. One rude employee can ruin the restaurants reputation.

The manager wouldn't let me order because she didn't want the car hop to cross "dangerous traffic" to bring the food to me. There were 2 cars in the handicap spots and 1 car in the bays. I am in a truck with a camper and I was on the far side of the building. NO TRAFFIC and I ordered through their app. The manager said they would never serve me because I wasn't in a bay.Sorry for your loss Sonic, others just love taking my money lol!Parking: No service for campers in the unused spaces. Even though the app has been used.

Overall this is a good Sonic location. The food is generally consistent and fresh. Sometimes a little slow, yet service is friendly. I like to enjoy a good hotdog occasionally, and they're pretty good. Not as good as the wiener stand, yet convenient for me. ?

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Guy taking order was cool.. Ordered lettuce mayo and pickle only....got my sandwich and bit a whole light brown long stand of hair , I was driving so I had to decide to catch hurl or not..ok no hair nets or beard nets and maybe poor hand washing..i am VERY discouraged from eating at THIS sonic beside applebees ...sonic and lows..

Second time I have been to this location. The first time I didn't even order because they were only accepting cash and not cards...that was about a month ago.I go back today figuring I would see if their card system is working (it is!) and I wanted to order a small blast to only find out that the blast machine isn't working and they can't make blasts or ices. Very disappointed as this is the 2nd time I have been here and something hasn't worked.I will say that this location is severely lacking. It is tired looking. The one half of the outside doesn't even have carhop screens and the drive-thru box is old and covered with old pieces of paper and tape (my guess from old signs the staff had to post).I am giving this review 3 stars though because the shake I did have was very good and the young man working the drive thru window was very polite and courteous.Sonic Company and Franchise owner- please fix this location as it is in a good spot and seems to be frequented by many who have posted similar concerns on these reviews.
The Worst Burger..Tasted like it was re-heated.Last time trying them.$20 for cold, burger???Better off going to Applebee's.

The “system” has been down for two weeks at this location. No ordering on the app or paying by debit card. It’s cash only just be advised! A good time to check out other places for a while.

They we’re standing around in the inside joking sending customers to their competitors because they didn’t want to work online it says they close at 11pm and this was at 9:45 pm they told me they were closed for the day.

I ordered the ultimate meat and cheese burritos(2) neither 1 had sausage. But both had hard bacon..They were suppose to have bacon and sausage..Highly disappointed...
