Wouldn't recommend this Starbucks to anyone. Ordered 7, identical drinks via the app, 10 minutes before arriving and I was not in any type of hurry. In fact, I had time to wait. I pulled up and said I had a mobile order. Immediately, at the window, I was told with a lot of attitude I should order way beforehand if I'm going to get that many drinks, because it was too many and it was going to be really hard to make. I said I was alright with waiting and that I was not in a rush, and that I was actually trying to burn some time, but then I got even more of an earful. There was so much irritation being thrown at me that I decided to cancel my order, because I was afraid I'd have spit in my drinks.I was then told the manager would have to cancel the order and I said that was fine. I was hoping the manager would inquire as to why I was canceling, but the manager immediately gave me attitude too and didn't even venture to ask. The manager actually then acting like it was a pain that I was wanting to cancel. I'm so sorry I tried to give you money to get some drinks, which is what your business is supposed to do! Anyway, I just quietly let them cancel my order and went on my way.This is the third time I've had an experience like this at a Starbucks. It's really sad. I'm 31, so I'm not some old person saying this, but people my generation and younger get angry if they have to do any work. And if you're the cause, get ready for irritation to be thrown your way. It's ridiculous.

I don't get to go in very often. Always use the drive through. The drive through staff here are fantastic. Super friendly... always up for a quick chat. Always remember my name when they see me in the camera. It's a great break in the day to have people just be nice....and not just because it's a job. They are truly nice people.

This is my favorite but most ALL Starbucks I've been to are great. Employees are so friendly. They get to know your name thru the drive thru after a few times IF you order the same drink and modify it unusual.Parking: Attached parking lot to the building handicap parking as well.Kid-friendliness: They have kiddie size drinks. They even give doggie treats. Whip in a little cup. So sweet. But you do pay a high price. For sure.

I would love to give a shout out to Hannah and the rest of the team today and every other time that I have visited (which is a lot)! They give the absolute best experience someone can have! My order was correct and I was pleased with the quality. However, the staff was unacceptable. They loudly used inappropriate and expletive language. The staff welcomed individuals who appeared to be customers (sweatpants, t-shirts, etc) into the back storage/supply room (is this a sanitation concern?). There were times that loud yelling could be heard from the storage/supply area (I was concerned for safety). Also, I noticed employees coughing into their hands and touching their face without proceeding to wash their hands. Please do better, the health of customers is important.

The drive through is great. The orders are always correct and they are friendly.But DO NOT go inside unless you want to wait for 15 plus minutes. We were the only people in there, there wasn't even a line, and we still had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 drinks because the barista was just waiting on drive through orders to pull up and make those ahead of someone who had been waiting for ever.TERRIBLE time and order management.

I visit multiple starbucks every week. This Hershberger location, I came last 3 days. The bathroom has not been cleaned in at least 3 days. The same urine stains, now black, are still on the floor where men tend to leave them. It's now very dirty and does not prompt me to want to use it. Gross.
