Very customer friendly service. Staff is good about making drinks to order and fixing mistakes if made. Also have pup cups for pets and free cups water for customers on requests that you just don't receive now a days. Please keep up the great work and thanks.
I ordered a cafe misto, like I do from this location all the time. Generally I have no complaints, this morning it tasted like water. I attempted to call the store and no answer. I am upset there is no repsonse.
I would have to give this Starbucks a low rating if they continue to let Jen, an employee to be so very rude when I ask for a remake of iced vanilla latte when shots are running watery. It's not an employee's fault, but she seems to take it personally and gets really loud and rude to me. Thuis is the third time she's asked So rude to me. This happened again today, 12/17/24. If anyone else is having issues I would hope that they let management know or else put a review on here.

Pricy but that's what you expect from Starbucks. Once in a while visit not a daily treat! Very busy but it's a Saturday morning.
Wowed by the kindness friendliness and service and smiling baristas as we entered! Very clean mobility friendly companion bathroom for walker or wheelchair. Had hands very full keeping elderly veteran father upright with walker and while he wanted cookie with his dementia he wouldn’t wait for me to get my gold card out. Barista surprised me and brought warm chocolate chip cookie out to us. Moved me to tears after exhausting appt this morning. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks around the country but this one is exceptional! Thank you!

When this Starbucks first opened, our coffee was great. And up until the last month or two, it has been consistent. But lately, my standard order (grande 3-pump white mocha, no whip) has been very lackluster. I used to frequently say they were "perfect", but I haven't had one that was really good in weeks. And when you spent that much on coffee, you kinda want it to be pretty good.I don't know what's changed, but I hope the quality goes back up.

The manager at this location went absolutely above and beyond. After spilling my coffee on myself this morning, I decided it was a Starbucks day and I’m glad I did! I had a great experience and he had the place was running like a well-oiled machine. 10/10 recommend :-)
