I always have a fantastic experience in here. The employees are wonderful and everything is clean and kept. With that being said this morning I witnessed the "manager" speak to her employees in a way I wouldn't even speak to my dogs. Lead by example. Those employees were working hard and being kind and there was no reason to come down on them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY. DO BETTER!

Very clean inside and the location is perfect being in downtown and right next to the Hampton Hotel. The staff are nice and they got my drinks made correctly and fast.

I'm a Starbucks fan but this is one location they will soon regret because of the amount of homeless in that area. And at night the fights and other crime that happen around that area hopefully they close before the street lights come on. But they have an Amazing outdoor seating area as well so u can enjoy your coffee and watch the homeless people take baths in the fountain or look across the street and see them snort lines of cocaine off the farmers markets booths. Or take your coffee for a walk to Elmwood Park where u can watch the homeless using the bathroom in the bushes and landscape of the art walk . This is the magic and wonders waiting for you in downtown Roanoke.

The homeless downtown here are out of control. One came n the store trying to get the staff to give him food, then was going from one customer to another asking for money. Made me very uncomfortable. Makes me not want to revisit this location!! No fault of the staff.
