KEEP BEN!!!!! BEN NEEDS A PROMOTION. Update. My apologies I would have sworn that was his name. Either way, he asked if DIe Hard was considered a Christmas movie. For some reason that was an awesome conversation to start my morning. I'd say it was Friday??
I always have a fantastic experience in here. The employees are wonderful and everything is clean and kept. With that being said this morning I witnessed the "manager" speak to her employees in a way I wouldn't even speak to my dogs. Lead by example. Those employees were working hard and being kind and there was no reason to come down on them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY. DO BETTER!
I'm a Starbucks fan but this is one location they will soon regret because of the amount of homeless in that area. And at night the fights and other crime that happen around that area hopefully they close before the street lights come on. But they have an Amazing outdoor seating area as well so u can enjoy your coffee and watch the homeless people take baths in the fountain or look across the street and see them snort lines of cocaine off the farmers markets booths.
