Have been here a few times always with an extremely long wait. Placed a mobile order estimated at 5-8 mins, the drive thru line was sticking out of the road so we went in to pick up. Order “just popped up” ten mins past and then still waiting after 30 mins — tried to cancel but no one would make eye contact or talk to us. Worst franchise location and customer service by far. Avoid at all costs.

I stopped by this Starbucks this morning and was really impressed by the professionalism of the manager Ryan. While I was in line, I overheard him calmly and respectfully handling a very difficult customer in the drive-through who had apparently caused problems before. He was patient, kind, and firm in standing up for his staff — even after remaking drinks and doing everything he could to accommodate her. It was clear he genuinely cares about both his team and the customers who treat people right.
It’s refreshing to see a manager lead with composure and integrity like that. This store is lucky to have him, and it made me appreciate my visit even more. I hope Starbucks truly values this man.

To the young lady that just serviced me you have horrible absolutely horrible service. As a Dasher waiting does not impact me however it does impact the customers. All customers deserve to receive whatever they ordered hot and fresh. Not to mention in a timely manner you should attend to everyone in the proper manner.
Edit: Thank you for getting back with me. I would simply like to address that my issue was never the wait time. My issue is that my order was complete. The young lady went out of her way to purposely be a jerk after I informed her that I had been waiting for quite some time and had not been addressed. I then gave her the name of my order. She then went out of her way to pack up someone else's order in front of my customers order . Due to her horrible attitude and ridiculous behavior my customer as well as your customer suffered. She is not doing her job properly.

I am not a go to starbucks everyday person. i went two days in a row and ordered the same drink with two totally different results. Day 1, Nitro something drink - chilled in a plastic cup, no ice, tasted great. Day 2, same cup, about 3 oz's of Nitro and the cup packed with ice. the taste was not as good as the day before. I would have expected consistency. The person on the inside day one, came over from the drive-thru to help and was great. Day 2, person in drive-thru seemed like it was a bother that i came to the window.

A good Starbucks fast service and delivery many seats to sit at. Associates are very friendly. They could add more tables for the sitting area otherwise a good place to get coffee.
Parking: Parking is a little difficult to find as there aren't many spots, but the drive thru was busy.
Refused to make $30 worth the change from a $20 dollar order at 11 am stating they didn’t want to give us little bills. Your a multi million dollar franchise in a high traffic area. You should be able to break a 50 dollar bill.

My specialty drink was piping hot. The shot of espresso was promptly added before the shot died. The staff was knowledgeable and made a great recommendation for the egg bites. I tried the potato and chives. It was very tasty! They were a bit crumbly, but since I ate in, it didn't matter. I will return to this Starbucks!
