Ordered off the app to the closest valley view store according to the app. Arrived to pick up my coffee where they advised they don’t use the Starbucks app and it was a different store and they couldn’t honor my order. I have 2 younger kids I’m not taking back out to the truck to get buckled to go get a coffee they couldn’t honor easily honor. Pathetic excuse for service and common sense.

So I’m a newbie. Today was my first time. Honestly, I was just frustrated from the start. Coming into the parking lot, trying to park when a speeding car comes thru from the drive thru who turned out to be an employee coming to work as we entered, that soured my mood. Then after seeing 3 signs for the summer berry lemonade on the way in - that’s what I wanted. When my order was read back, she said strawberry açaí lemonade and I corrected her and said summer berry. She told me there were no boba, but she could put some fruit in it. Then asked if we wanted the other mango dragonfruit made with lemonade, I didn’t know what that meant because the menu didnt have options listed. My daughter said she wanted it plain (not lemonade). Strawberry Açaí lemonade was still made in place of the Summer Berry even after the correction and convo. Then the mango dragon fruit was still made with lemonade. I stated that I ordered the Summer Berry not the strawberries açaí, and I was asked were you told we were out of boba? At this point, I just felt defeated by the whole experience and just left. If it’s not available cool, but dont take the order for it then change it. Or just take the signs down from all over the place.

The man in drivethru screamed at me because I asked if I could pay for ice and water.
Out of all the Starbucks in the Roanoke valley this has to be the worse one. They never make my drink right and for as much as you have to pay for these drinks, it should close to perfect! What I got today was very bitter and was missing items I asked for.
