I was a paying customer with a pick up order and the bathrooms were locked. The staff saw me go that direction and come back. No one spoke to me until I picked up my coffee. There was an eldery gentleman at the counter trying to figure out how to use his app and I was being completely ignored. I do no appreciate being a paying customer and being ignored and not allowed to use the bathroom. And Im not taking my coffee in the bathroom. I will go to another starbucks next time where hopefully they dont ignore their paying customers who need to use the bathroom.

They get very busy in drive thru. Inside service is either quick or usually not too long of a wait. I visit weekly. I order on app. Figure they'd know my name by now. Same employees. Drinks are correct as well as correct orders

This is the starbucks you want to be in. From the store manager to every employee, fast hours to slow hours, latte to mochas, they are the best! Patient, kind and witty (if you want them to be). Good peacful location, happy people.
They have really nice people for there drive through service.

I loooove this Starbucks ! Really I love any Starbucks so I am super partial ! I don't even care if the prices are high on my drinks. I'm still paying for it no matter what. I am a coffee junkie lol Iced or Hot. So take my review if you love coffee and don't mind spending some extra $$ If you refuse to pay a higher price then don't even listen to me haha
