I got a white chocolate mocha around noon today. Felt light when I picked it up. 2/3 full. I just knew it wasn't made right. I tried it anyways and straight up spit it out and had to run to the toilet to throw up. Idk what happened to this coffee but it ain't right

At 10:50 a.m. they managed to have no iced coffee, no cold brew, and only 6 oz or so of the medium roast ready.

Walked up and said "good morning". The dude says "it's gonna be 15 min before I can help you." So I just leave. No one was in line. I'm assuming he was working on online orders but you would think they would at least take care of customers that are in front of them. At the minimum take an order.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Do not visit this location if you're looking forward to a Starbucks drink because they will be out of whatever it is you ask for!! CHOOSE ANOTHER ROANOKE LOCATION!!!!

(Inside Kroger, CaveSpring) You should be able to count on Starbucks to be available during operational hours. The barista leaves a note written in highlighter saying they will be back in 15, but conveniently doesn’t state the time they wrote the note. The patron in front of us said it’s at least been 30 minutes.

Starbucks, please think about closing the business at this location. I love Starbucks cappuccino, but I've always had bad coffee here every time (tried three times). I thought it was just the person making the coffee, but it's always like that. It's clear that the staff doesn't want to work here!

I walked past Starbucks that is in a kroger', I did not stop . I had an awful experience the one time I went and, never went back. Ordered a pastry " they gave me the display pastry that was plastic. The coffee, I asked for non dairy creamer and, it didn't desolve right and, the film on the coffee left a greasy filling on my lips that wouldn't go away .

Stopped by for a mobile pickup order as this was the closest Starbucks to me. I'll probably make the drive to a physical location rather than this one in the future. I ordered a hazelnut shaken expresso for me and a pink drink for the husband. The expresso did not taste super like a hazelnut flavor, but I could definitely taste the expresso so I was satisfied. The pink drink did not look pink at all, had no strawberries in it, and I honestly thought it was just coconut milk. Now I do not go to Starbucks very often so I wasn't willing to question the barista about my drink, and I'm not the type of person to speak up and say 'hey somethings wrong'. I'll just take what you give me and write a review on it later ? they probably just ran out of whatever the pink drink is made out of, but I think it's up to the staff to explain "hey I can't make this drink but would you mind this substitution?" That would be much more appreciated rather then serving something subpar.

I have never been to a Starbucks and I never will. I dislike the whole idea and I make fabulous coffee with my various machine including espresso. Please stop asking me to write reviews when my vehicle never goes to the places you ask about!
