Is this only this location or are they all making you pay now for the cinnamon powder?! I thought the new CEO wanted to bring back clients not repel them even more! The prices keep getting more and more ridiculous without any additional service or quality or better ambiance. I’m a long time client of Starbucks but I’m done, I’ll definitely find another coffee shop

This was about 415pm. The barista just made me a cup of heaven. I mean the amount of espresso in this coffee SHOULD taste a bit bitter but this guy is involved in magic because he made me an overly caffinated, smooth pumpkin heaven latte and he rocks. Protect this guy.

Found a long purple hair in my caramel ribbon crunch. Disgusting. Use a comb before coming to work or wear a hairnet. Unsanitary.
I went in to get a latte through mobile order. While I was waiting, the barista, Nathanial asked what my name was and what drink I was waiting for. Then he looked at his upcoming orders and said my name wasn’t on there. That’s when I realized I had not pressed “checkout,” so I did that and he verified what I ordered and made it for me immediately. It’s the best almond milk latte I’ve ever had. He did a great job and was so friendly. I really appreciated that he cared to check on my order, or I would have been waiting a long time! Above and beyond service and a great experience!
