I told them to not write on my cup and they did it anyways I do not approve of this policy call me a Karen but I’m not paying 20 for two coffees for you to not listen to a basic request.

This is probably my favorite starbucks location in Roanoke. The staff is always wonderful and they make the best tasting drinks, especially the americanos. I’m picky on the taste of espresso and I’ve never had a complaint here! I wish I lived closer. The note was an extra cute touch too 🍵

Starbucks is my favorite place to get breakfast. I have never had an issue except for the fact that hunting hills, an orange Avenue, seemed to keep running out of avocado. So I need them to plan a little better because that is what I eat with my falafel.

My daughter likes this place, me, not a fan. It's funny how the drive-through line was out in the road (all women), but parking was available.
drive thru chick seemed to be having a bad morning (i would too if my eyebrows looked that bad) made annoyed expressions at my husband and i, heard her exclaim “oh my godddddughhh” when another car pulled in to the drive thru. micah said she was just tired, and i understand working customer service is tiring, but you shouldn’t take that out on customers. hope her day gets better.

My daughter got Starbucks gift cards for her Birthday. The driver of the Limo agreed to stop on the way to the hockey game so her and her friends could fuel up for the game. We had 12 in our group when we walked in the door. They looked shocked at first then got all hands on deck and got us our drinks and off to hockey in no time. They really did an excellent job. Hindsight, I should have tipped them more than 20%. Thanks Blue Hills Starbucks!!!
*** I tried a white chocolate blonde espresso (on suggestion from our server) and it may be my new favorite drink ***

Wouldn’t recommend frequently sitting in. Staff tends to get annoyed over time.
If you can’t staff the location, you should shut it down. Ordered an in-store pickup mid day on a Saturday. The doors were locked and location was restricted to drive through only. Asked if I could use the restroom and was denied despite other customers being inside. Two coffees said they were ready at 12:01 and didn’t get them at the drive through window until 12:19. Couldn’t get out of the parking lot. Had to walk to Jersey Mikes to use the restroom. Workers unable to produce managerial contact information, yet provided much deflection. Coffees were overfilled and spilling out the lids.

This was our first time eating here, and we have mixed feelings. Our server was great, and he was attentive. On the menu, it states you have a 2 hour time frame to eat here, and if you order too much and waste food, they will charge you an extra fee. I get it. I dont like waste either. You have to order on a tablet, which is not a problem, but they sure don't bring the dishes in a timely manner. We had many gaps in time while waiting for our food. I finally asked our waiter about it, and he said other customers were having the same issue, so he placed an order on his tablet for us. We really enjoyed the hot pot, but next time, we would skip the BBQ. It just didn't wow us. All of the dumplings we ordered came out frozen, which was a disappointment. The prices are high, and if you have both the hot pot and bbq, it adds an additional $5 to everyone's cost. I will say he definitely tried to up sell us when we first arrived. Lunch is $20.99 + $5, or if you want access to all the menu items, you can pay the dinner prices of $30.99 + $5. I don't usually pay $25.99 for lunch, but we wanted to try both, but we definitely didn't want to pay the dinner price just to have more options.
