The girl Ally was very rude/disrespectful she didn't want to make the drink I ordered and got mad when I asked for it cold then refused to serve me and walked away.

Mackenzie was our barista. She was working by herself while they were several people waiting in line. She was sweet while taking our order, and she was quick and efficient while making our drinks correctly. Best customer service!
