Fun space, great patio, excellent beer. We really enjoyed our stop at Starr Hill. Both beers I had were very good, the space is great with an awesome patio, and the bartender was helpful and friendly.

Fun Christmas flavors! I liked the snickerdoodle beer ? More quiet location than downtown breweries when I went. Beertender was very kind and knowledgeable.It’s by apartments in a plaza, so there was easy parking.
Nice microbrewery! The beer was very fresh and they have some unique beers such as Corn Maze. For more bang for your buck, try Wicked Harvest or Double Platinum Imperial. Bartender knew my name after my first visit.
Great bar and tasting room. Noce historic building. Good outdoor seating area too. Good beer and friendly efficient staff. Go here!

Nice little brewery with lots of choices. 8 oz pours are nice too. Looks like it gets busy at night.

This brewery has fantastic beers and a good selection of them. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired.The front entry is more like entering the service entry I found it to be kind of dark inside. It's in a smallish space with a brick interior, but it lacks character.Get the right crowd and the experience would be better, I suppose, but it's been less than half capacity when I've been there.Standard brewery stuff -- again, great beer -- but nothing particularly special.
Great little brewery in the shadow of Mill Mountain. Easy parking and Moe's, next door. There is an outdoor seating area as well.
Always love my visits here. Has a small brewery feel. Awesome when they have music on the side stage. Great Little outdoor space with a great ambience. Staff is always wonderful and the beers never disappoint.

We hosted a girls weekend in Roanoke & kicked off the weekend at Starr Hill, what a treat! The customer service was top notch! They had a great food truck and band that made the night so festive! I am not a big beer drinker & really appreciate (and liked!) the seltzer they had on tap!!
