I ordered an ice mocha latte. It has been the worse latte ever. They didnt even make it with espresso. I saw them pull a jug of cold coffee and put milk and chocolate. It was undrinkable.
This was 3 months ago so hopefully they changed.

My husband and I first visited The Hotel Roanoke last year for a "mini-moon" after our marriage. This year, we revisited for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. To add to the festivities, we dine our first night at The Regency Room. The food is spectacular. The music is amazing. The environment is breath taking. The service is out-of-this-world! Would like to take a moment to thank the host for his hospitality, kindness and going out of his way to make each guest feel special. The second night of our trip he saw us walk by the dining room and followed us to the elevator to say "Hello" and to "Come see him again." I am still so impressed and touched by the gesture.
Surprisingly good coffee for a hotel coffee bar! The white chocolate that I had here was very tasty, and the service was efficient and friendly.You are paying hotel prices so expect to pay more than the usual Starbucks, but it's still a very enjoyable experience if you're in this area. Recommended!

The one worker I dealt with didn't seem to want to be there. Not very friendly at all. Went there the 2nd day of my stay at the Hotel Roanoke around 6:15 am to order food. The worker told me the oven wasn't ready yet and it would be 20 minutes before I could order food. What? They open at 6am, should the oven not be ready by the time they open? Went there the 3rd day to order food and was told by the same worker they ran out of food. This is the only time she smiled as she broke the news to me. Really? Out of food? I was staying at the hotel for 3 days for a very large conference. Did the manager not see the need to order food in anticipation of this large conference with lots of hungry people? If not, they should probably find other employment. This is a very bad reflection on a very nice hotel. Beyond disappointing.

I work at the hotel that this place is at and I can truly say love the hot Chocolate.
The staff there at Starbucks inside of hotel Roanoke has to be the best around and professional as i have seen in many yrs, very inviting and genuine.

Coffee was fine.The blt bagel was horrific! Toasted, put together then microwaved until sparks came off it. After 7 minutes it had lost enough molten-esk temperature to try it.The bagel was, as expected from a microwave, hard and un edible.So, disassembling this Chernobyl bisket..Come to find the bacon is raw. Somehow it did not absorb enough radiation to cook.Stick with coffee at steam.And maybe get the girl behind the counter some help.She's trying to do everything and she really tries.
Everyone was nice It was a nice atmosphere and I thought I was gonna have a enjoyable time. However was upset about the service of our food. We sat at the table for 40 minutes while the staff served every one around us, finally we said something to hostess and 5 minutes later someone came

Since this is a Starbucks eatery, we expected the typical choices. No decaf and if you want something gluten free, your only choice is a Kind bar. The sandwiches are pre-made. Very unfriendly young woman who served us.

It is a shame to be in the coffee area of a first class hotel and get food that MacDonalds, I swear does better. The coffee is Starbucks which is okay. The service was fine.
