Best ramen I've ever had, hands down. Huge chunks of smoky pork belly, incredibly complex and rich broth, slightly al dente noodles. Eat here.

best spicy miso ramen in the area. Wish they have more options for appetizers.
I’ve been coming here since their original location and still can’t find a better ramen than here. Tonkutso ramen is a must and spicy miso is a classic. Everything here tastes authentic and can really tell the owner takes his time to make everything properly.

The ramen is so good, my husband and I try to plan around eating here when on road trips. The toppings are delicious and plentiful and the price is also incredibly reasonable for how much food you get. The man who made our ramen was incredibly kind and friendly.

This is the kind of place you discover on a road trip and hate that you can't pack it up and take it home with you. We now plan our travel days around stopping here for meals. I've never had better ramen anywhere. On top of fantastic food, the dude who runs the place is so nice. This is the kind of little local place that really deserves your support.

This was my 1st ramen experience, and they knocked it out of the park. We came as a group from out of town staying close by. Someone googled ramen and this popped up. We came fairly late in the day after our event. In the market area there was only 1 other restaurant open. All others looked like they closed for the night. He took all 7 of our orders in stride like he was ready for the challenge. Ordered on the kiosk and he confirmed each person's order. He was out of a specific piece of meat and gave us 2 other options for the meal. He cooked all 7 bowls and side dishes while we waited and had all of them ready at the same time. WoW were the dishes great. I was telling the group I'm a ramen believer now. We left VA and I started googling local places for me to have more, hoping it tastes the same or better. This place hands down was so great.

Visiting Roanoke this week and we were lucky enough to grab dinner from here. The food was some of the best ramen I've ever had and I've lived in international cities known for their ramen. I highly, highly recommend visiting Sticks & Spoons.

Decent, but not especially good ramen. The special rice bowl was solid. Deep fried gyoza were bland. Prices are a bit high for what you get, but typical for your standard food hall concept
