Best ramen EVER. Eggs were expertly seasoned as well as broth. Super customer service. Attention to detail of special requests and just great quality. Noodles were especially good, too.

Ordered the tonkotsu ramen with spicy miso added in and I was amazed at the flavor. It was slightly sweet, which was quite unique and can’t say I’ve ever had anything like it. It was also perfectly salty, savory, and had an umami after taste that coaxed you into your next bite. The staff member, whose name I didn’t quite catch, will be seeing me a lot going...
