This is a very interesting and unique place. It's an old Firehouse and the front of the room is actually a furniture store (Roanoke, Virginia made furniture) that you can actually sit in. The staff are very friendly, food is fantastic and some very Northern Europe flavor to it. The whole trout I had was done perfectly, a great piece of fish. This is one of the better, more unique dining venues in Roanoke, right downtown across from Market area too!!

Fantastic meal in a great setting. Wonderful creative cocktails and friendly staff. Open kitchen, Danish mid century modern interior. Coupled with a mid century modern furniture store selling furniture made in Roanoke. A great find on a Saturday afternoon stroll through downtown Roanoke.

Stock is my favorite restaurant in downtown. The steak is incredible, and you can't go without trying the fried Gouda for an appetizer. They even have an incredible ice cream sandwich for dessert called the ski queen. I cannot recommend the place enough. Wether you're going for cocktails and appetizers, mocktails, or a full dinner it is the perfect place.

The portions were a little small for the price. The restaurant itself has an open concept but everything is too close to the kitchen which makes the entire atmosphere too loud. Oysters were the highlight of the meal. Drinks were decent and nothing special. Overall the price did not justify the experience unfortunately and Roanoke has better upscale dining options.

Lovely experience. The food was stellar. We had the fried Gouda, Hasenpfeffer and poached salmon. All delicious. The butternut squash cocktail was one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Extremely creative and tasty.

This was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. Thought it was going to be small plates, but the portions were very, very adequate, even shareable. Well stocked bar and knowledgeable bartender. We will return. 
Atmosphere was modern and upscale. We enjoyed the open kitchen as we were able to see the chefs at work. Service was awesome! Aaron was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was amazing and delicious. Airline chicken breast was very tender and seasoned well. The veggies with this plate were a perfect match. 👍 👍

This place deserves all the accolades! I was in Roanoke for a long weekend and came here on repeat! The staff is above and beyond In their service and kindness, the atmosphere is simply elegant, and the food is amazing! I can’t say enough about the thoughtful selection and creativity of everything on the menu - from the entrees to the desserts and cocktails - sheer perfection! If I could patronize only one restaurant in Roanoke it would be this one!

First off when we arrived we were greeted promptly. Then our waitress was absolutely amazing. I used to be a waitress and I couldn't ask for better. She gave drink suggestions, dessert suggestions. We both ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly and delicious! The thin cut fries were so nice and crispy. I think when we come back I'll order the cheese sauce on the side, not because it was bad but the fries were that good. We were full as can be but with the desserts they had to offer how can you not? They did not disappoint. A couple of guys in the kitchen interacted with us as well. Made sure to let them know how delicious it all was. We will be back!
