CARELIZ SEQUERA BORDONES

This is the worst Subway I have ever visited. I made a purchase three weeks ago and they prepared my order wrong. This time I thought it would be different because there was another girl preparing orders and it happened again. They don't know the recipes. I had to go back to the store which took me 15 minutes and they made me pay again for the correct sandwich. It was their mistake. The girl's name is Kasey. Terrible service. I will never go back!

Came in at 8:35 and was told they close in 10 minutes when it says 9:00 p.m. online. I work in the restaurant industry and I was always taught not to turn away business. Her area was a mess it wouldn't have taken her but 3 1/2 to 5 minutes to make my sandwich. But I guess lying about her closing time was more important than satisfying a customer and making more money.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to I bought four six inch subs and chips. It cost 54 dollars and the food was terrible zero meat and hard bread I recommend nobody coming here. Absolutely

If I could, I would not even give them one star because that’s how good the customer service is at this location. I ordered 3 foot longs with extra meat which is considered a pro. We pay $15 apiece and ordered 1 bag of chips plus give four dollar and something tip And get home with it and they did a single meat on all of them so I called thinking that they would be apologetic and take care of us because accidents do happen and the guy even said he was the manager and he could care less I told him I was going to call corporate and he more or less told me there was no reason for me to call corporate because they’re individually owned. I will never buy from them again and if I were you, I would think twice about doing an online order if you’re not standing right there, Very poor customer service.

Went to lunch there had the best sub I've had in a very long time the two young employees were smiling and very well-mannered in saying yes ma'am and no ma'am and this was a Subway at Clearbrook I will recommend to my family and friends

I wouldn't eat here if I was paid to. I went into Walmarts and I went to the restroom as I always do first because I have a weak bladder. As I went in I had to wait on a stale that wasn't nasty to open up and al of a sudden a female that works at the subway flew out there and didn't even wash her hands . So everyone knows she has long brown hair she had in a pony tail medium height and built. I'm calling corporate. Just be careful if you do go here, I'm not sure if the others do or not but I won't be at this one

Worst night crew ordered sandwich a ft long had it to be delivered to my home got a 6 inch instead and the subway worker said it was door dashes fault for not knowing it was a ft long

I was glad to see three people working. I ordered the Herb and cheese bread, but when it was baked someone forgot the cheese part and it was over baked. The bread was hard. At the drink counter there was a iced tea container but no tea.

Decent service. Never had any issues - At least not recently. The employees are polite. It's never been too busy but I usually am there earlier in the day.

Only 1 person working. Slow. Didn't wash hands after taking money. This place NEVER has un sweet tea. Diabetics can't drink sweet tea. Why so lazy you cant brew unsweet tea??
