COME TO FIND OUT, SHE IS THE MANAGER THERE AND SHE IS DOING THIS TO SCAM A FEW EXTRA DOLLLARS FOR HERSELF. GREED IS BLIND, IT IS SO SAD THAT PEOPLE LIKE HER HAVE NO RESPECT FOR LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERERS.

Very disappointed with subway..I came to store and purchased a 6” tuna. When I returned to office to eat. Take the bread apart to see if there was meat on sandwichI paid $13for a toasted piece of bread. Store is clean, service was ok but will not return to subway

Well the new owners suck had me pay for a drink and a bottle drink cause they was out of the fountain lemonade charged me for that and the manager walked in that made them charge me for that cause they was out of lemonade plus u cannot get mozzarella cheese on a pepperoni sub prices are redulalas and can get it cheaper in vinton subway and the manager bri was very disrespectful raised her voice at me and asked me what I said to my understanding they are under new management and I never had this problem when the old owners had it was gonna get a job there but they are so disrespectful I'm not gonna put my application inParking: To many people that shop for a parking spot

Wouldn't know about the food this Subway locks it's doors 30 minutes before it's posted closing time. (7:30pm). Good luck actually eating here. Would have given zero stars if I could have

Why tell me on the phone AS IM SITTING IN THE LOT that y’all close at 8:00 (it’s 7:48) and when I walk to the door immediately after, she looked at me through the glass and said nope we’re closed? Make it make sense.

The staff was nice, however they made my kid's sandwich 2.5" long instead of the full 4".The first staff member had mistakenly cut a full loaf in half (6"), then the staff member at the register informed them the kids sandwich is 1/3 of a loaf, then instructed the person to cut the 6" piece in half again, and proceeded to make the sandwich with that.I tried to explain that the sandwich they were giving me was too small, to which their response was "we don't set the sizes or prices" and that the sandwich was the "correct size".I get that it's a hassle to get another bread loaf from the warmer, but I also want the other two inches of the sandwich I just paid for. To be fair they gave him a free cookie, but still. The Chic Fil A Packet is for scale. When I got home I measured the sandwich - 2.5"So I guess if you want a sandwich from this place, make sure they give you the right size.

Coming from a young person (I'm 23) who has worked in the food industry for many of years I understand it takes time to train new employees and it can be hard to do when busy, but tonight my sandwich was nothing close to being able to be eaten like I sandwich (I'm eating it with a spoon) the young man who made my sandwich had ripped a whole in the bread before attempting to continue making my sandwich I asked for new bread. He then proceeded to pour all the meat into the middle of the bread and threw my cheese on top of the pile of meat in the middle of bread. None the less the other 2 employees working saw this kid struggling and just let him continue to make a mess of my food.
The best subway in Roanoke. Food seems fresh enough and the sandwich artists are helpful and friendly

My family and I used to frequent this subway, ordering a handful of times a month, but as of a few months ago they stopped participating in practically every promotion advertised. It’s very disheartening to open up the app, see great deals pop up, and see that this location, and many others in the Roanoke area, do not honor them.With the increased price from the menu revamp, and no deals being eligible here, you’re much better off grabbing a sub from a more premium sandwich shop.
