I go to this subway all the time and I always have the best service but it’s just been horrible the guy working wiped his nose with the glove and didn’t change it….and than went and made a order after mine with the same gloves just horrible

Ordered Subs online and had to wait over 25 minutes for them checked on the guy and multiple times people in line were getting their orders made before my online order was being taken care of even though I ordered way before them in addition to that the guy kept telling me Oh it's just going to be 5 minutes and it ended up taking a total of 25 minutes just to get them started in addition to that none of the subs were cut in half three of the subs were done wrong we were charged for guacamole and we were charged for extra meat and didn't get the extra meat so at this point in time if you go in this place just expect lies from your customer service rep and expect poor quality food. That's what you get from the subway in the worst walmart in the whole valley. So trashy, shame on y'all.

We have been to this Subway a few times, but we have never met nor received the up most customer service and joy that was served. James and Desmon were a wonderful team. We had a coupon for 3 subs, and they nailed it! James was very knowledgeable of the menu, and with 1 sub being different from the two, his memory was spot on. It seems as if he has been doing this a long time. I love how some ingredients were low, and Desmon was happy to help no problem. I appreciate the glove change between the restock. Everything was extremely efficient, clean, and their humor and demeanor was very inviting. Thank you two for the positive experience!

This is an excellent place to get a Subway sandwich. Everyone was super friendly and all the ingredients were nice and fresh.
Felt bad for the employee Vince. By himself with a line of customers, along with online/Doordash orders. All while another employee hid in the back, and refused to help him until the older lady (I’m guessing the manager) came back from her break. The manager then proceeded to be rude towards Vince about Doordash orders being sent out properly, like it was his fault.

I have never heard off such rudness in my life and I'm pretty sure they jack the prices up their self at this one because no where else it was that high in the area. Racist bunch ( and I'm white) black wants more respect but they don't show it to earn it. I was all for black life matters until I came to the area to many times been treated wrongly by black person here. I will never return to this places. Everyone better run go to the subway across from the towers it's ? better . And more friendlier.
