The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .

The older guy was a little rude, I guess he was the only one working. The girl was in the back doing something. Restaurant was pretty clean. Shady people coming in to order, I guess it was because it is near the towers Kroger. The staff needs to be trained on respect and how to talk to the customers.

Food is ok they buy need to add more meat if you pay for extra then where is the extra? But what get me is the little girl manager there she is rude and has a smart mouth and the way she talks to her other employees is crazy. it a job lady not a slave camp if you treated your workers with the way you wanted to be treated it might work out better and I have been going there for many years many times I see her outside beside the building smoking and on the phone then go back in and tell the others when they ask for a break she says can you see I'm on my break wow you have breaks many times all day even driving by I look over and there you are outside smoking try working

Pretty consistent chain, usually don’t have any problems but I just found a twist tie, like a plastic bread tie, in my sub. So that’s obviously a problem.
