I came in at 2pm and was told by the guy behind the counter he was in a shift change and it would be 15 minutes before he could help us. Not sure why he couldn't wait on us. Maybe managers don't do manual labor. I did not wait, that is insane. If I could leave less than zero I would.

Awful. My husband and son went in there at around 7:45 and the person working there had the nerve to tell them he was about to close. He has to go to the back. My husband says that one other guy was in there and he just made this man’s sandwich. All my child wanted was a lettuce sub. And the website says they close at 10. Nobody answering the phone. I will be reporting them to corporate. Going to stick to the other one on Brandon by Dollar Tree. This place is a joke.

Usually this is the most solid Subway in Roanoke. Tonight was a Different story. There was maybe a half serving of meat. There was two pickles on the first half of my sandwich and one on the other half. Same thing with the Jalapeño. For what they cost it was a rip off. They did my wife the same with the meat and toppings and they put so much sauce on hers we had to throw it away.

the guy who is working there at last turn ...always make a complain for eat inside ... in the app said subway its open til 10 pm and that guy 9 pm wanna close and put his bad face ...dude im paying 16 dollars for a sandwich and i wont support your bad face ...nel ... i go to this place cause is close to my job but that guy always make the same thing and now im eating in my car while other costumers continue buying there ...bad service

Subways starting to go down hill. Used to be my favorite, nice and fresh. Lately it's been pick and choose. This last one the bathrooms were nasty and no paper towels. Brown lettuce they tried to skimp me on and they wouldn't take my coupon saying it was expired. With all the sandwich competition like Jersey Mike's, McAlisters, and Fire House Subway is the least. They are like the great value of sandwich makers. You can take your money to a grocery store and buy bread, cheese, and deli meats and make a better sandwich in your car.
The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .

The older guy was a little rude, I guess he was the only one working. The girl was in the back doing something. Restaurant was pretty clean. Shady people coming in to order, I guess it was because it is near the towers Kroger. The staff needs to be trained on respect and how to talk to the customers.

Food is ok they buy need to add more meat if you pay for extra then where is the extra? But what get me is the little girl manager there she is rude and has a smart mouth and the way she talks to her other employees is crazy. it a job lady not a slave camp if you treated your workers with the way you wanted to be treated it might work out better and I have been going there for many years many times I see her outside beside the building smoking and on the phone then go back in and tell the others when they ask for a break she says can you see I'm on my break wow you have breaks many times all day even driving by I look over and there you are outside smoking try working
