Purchased the italian bmt; it was not good. I ate less than a quarter of the sub and had to spit it out. I called and explained to the person who answered the phone(who I believe was the manager) that the meat did not taste good. She then said it was impossible and that the meat was cut fresh daily. She did say I could return it and get another sub if it I did it by 3pm. This was impossible since I was at work but also by that time, my appetite was fully ruined. Cut daily does not indicate that it is fresh especially if the temp in the fridge is not being monitored. I am now experiencing stomach aches.... I definitely think this could have handled this differently but instead she thought I was just trying to get a free meal. I will not be returning to this subway. Gross...

Went to this restaurant yesterday to get dinner. There was a lady behind the counter who had a long ponytail and she was putting up the bread and as she bent over her hair was paint brushing all the bread in the pan. My wife tried to let her know about it, and she said "well I put it up". Not even sure what she meant by that. I asked the other employee behind the desk who she was and he replied "the manager". There was another young man behind the counter and he had his hair up in a bun which I did appreciate. There was another one who was walking through and he grabbed a cookie from the case while flicking his hair constantly. Here lately the food service industry has gone downhill and I refuse to go to an establishment like this ever again. We were not yelling or insulting this lady we were just trying to inform her and she still had denial like she was in the right. If she's the manager then she does not run her shop and crew well because of her lack of leadership. Hair nets and beard covers should be worn at all times by everybody, and if you have long hair it needs to be tied up. Very unprofessional on her part.

We had a coupon that you buy a drink with a foot long and get one free. The guy at the register wouldn’t even bother to take it or read/scan it. He said it’s a “store to store” basis. The coupon didn’t specify which footings were exempt, but others do. We’ve used this coupon before at two other subway stores and they have taken it.

Complained on their website TWICE about the same order. Wasn't charged the right price, ordered online and didn't get the correct sub, employee tried to argue about what goes on the sandwich that I ordered so I showed him what they gave me and he shut up, no manager/shift lead or anyone in the store that could get me a refund. Will not be returning.Update 9/6/23:Disputed the charge and received my refund today.
