I would highly recommend Sweets by Shaniece for wedding cake. Shaniece was quick to respond to any of our questions, has great pricing for amazing cake, and the storefront was so cute when we went by to pick up samples. The cake samples we were given were larger than we expected, and that was a nice surprise. The hardest part was choosing which flavors, because they were all so good! The cake and cupcakes were exactly what we wanted and we received so many compliments on the cake. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you Shaniece for helping make our wedding perfect!

I placed an order for a corporate event for work. For starters I placed the order at least 2-3 weeks prior to the event . The day of the event she was not on time with the order, she arrived at least 2-3 hours late. We needed the items for at a particular time and this was expressed when placing the order. The cupcakes and muffins were delivered and they were very very mediocre, the presentation was awful and they were dry. We spent almost $600 on cupcakes and muffins. So this was very disappointing. We expressed our concerns and she asked if she could make it up. So we told her that we could use them for the upcoming month. Giving her a whole months notice, she was supposed to bake us some cookies. The day of the event once again she was unprepared and didn't have our items. I don't know how you call yourself a bakery and you have no time management, organization and your presentation is less than. This is a big company so how could you drop the ball and miss out on future opportunity.

Communicated with the owner for over a week or so about ordering a cake, everything was going well until we asked for a cake tasting.Shaneice was very annoyed about this, had a bad attitude, and acted very unprofessional!!!!Then she mentioned something about how she hadn't received a deposit yet and that she never had agreed to make the cake.

This is a very cute boutique bakery, well designed from the outside bistro chairs, to the beautiful display of treats on the interior. I got 2 cupcakes and both tasted as wonderful as they looked! I regret not taking a photo before devouring them.

While the cake and cupcakes were delicious, Shaneice was over TWO hours late delivering my wedding cake. My coordinator called several times and she didn’t answer, when she finally did, she said she would see if she could get her brother to bring it to the venue as if she had no idea we had email correspondence with exact times and dates for delivery. Nor did she apologize to any of us. When her brother rolls up, the entire car reeked of weed, which I wouldn’t mind if my baked goods were sitting inside it! A really terrible experience and I would not recommend such an unprofessional business with something as important and expensive as your wedding cake. Absolutely atrocious service.

AMAZING! I ordered birthday cupcakes from Shaniece and they were amazing! I ordered 3 flavors: Tiramisu, Strawberry with a Cheesecake filling and Blueberry Lemon — all of them she executed with perfection! They were ready on time, reasonably priced and soooo delicious! Honestly it’s a bit overpriced. Got two custom cakes from another local bakery for cheaper than just one cake here. Keep in mind, the cakes were bigger and just as pretty! I’ve ordered a few cakes here and all decent experiences except for the last time. Needs taller cake boxes too, each time I’ve gotten a cake the whole top of the cake icing is smushed. Anyways, I emailed her a picture of the cake I wanted and it clearly had a name on it and a number one for my sons first birthday. I even clarified in the email saying that I wanted his name on it and a number one. She responded to the email so I figured she got all of the details she needed to decorate the cake. A family member picked up the cake for me and they didn’t know what it exactly looked like. Turns out, she never put my sons name or number 1 on it. I emailed her because I figured she would’ve tried to make it better somehow and she disregarded it, saying that the cake is accepted as is once out of her doors. First birthday is a big deal, so that was upsetting.
