A good fast food place able to get order quickly. Had to use Taco Bell app to get deals though, was kinda busy the staff with the drive through came up front to order staff was doing other things.

Went here on 11/28 with my husband and kids we ordered online to pick up when we got there we sat for about 30 minutes outside waiting for the order tracker to update it hadnt done it so my husband went in they hadnt even seen out order they were too busy running back and fourth to the bathrooms with each other after am hour of waiting we finally got our food we had ordered 5 combo meals and all were missing their sides we didnt even bother to call them about it the waiting process and the service just isn't worth the hassle.

They ignore customers in the lobby. Guess management and corporate don't care about loss. Staff don't put pick up orders in the pick up shelf and they all run to the back or drive thru and ignore the front

I dined in and accidently put my order in wrong. Juanna was quick to fix my order with a big smile! Restaurant was immaculate and clean. Everybody working were very friendly and helpful!!!!

It sucks! My favorite was the double Decker tacos and the chili cheese burritos and They did away with them again!! Come on what the hell!!!!!!!

Went to drive thru. Ordering was easy. We received our food quickly but they left out 1 burrito. Typically I check the order but was a large order for 5 people. Would have been 15 items to identify. Next time I'll take the time and check it.
Really good food and extraordinary roof top view of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I had the Lobster roll, delicious. We also had the mussels which were very good. I enjoyed the clam chowder as well .

The cinnamon twists tasted burnt and the cashier was a bit standoffish but the atmosphere of taco bell remains the same regardless of the location.

Was in shock when my wife and I went in to eat. Floors were dirty, trash on tables and trash all around drink machine. Food wasn't worth the money. They had forgot one of my items so when I went back to the counter. There wasn't anyone there nor anyone looking to see if anyone was at the counter. I finally got someone's attention and asked if anyone was working the counter. She said yes but she would take my order before she left. After standing up at the counter I can see why the front dining area looked the way it did. The amount of trash back in the kitchen area was crazy with crap all over the floors. But thankfully we won't be back.
