I enjoy eating here and particularly the current avocado crispy chicken ranch burrito, a sure sign that it will not survive it's limited time availability. The store runs well. I like using the kiosks, though there are too many annoyance screens trying to sell something else and other stuff. The buttons to skip through those are in different places so that is extra annoying. That is not the stores fault I am sure. I lunch here often and they are fast and the orders are correct.

I always have items in my order prepared incorrectly, frequently missing items-especially drinks, and often unnecessarily long wait times when there are few customers. There's rarely anyone at the front counter, so customers are left waiting for several minutes before even being greeted or having their order taken, and are still asked by staff to place the order themselves on the kiosk (which is also requested by multiple signs posted at registers and near the kiosks), making it seem as though it is an inconvenience to take their orders.

I’ve ordered for delivery from this location twice in the past month, and both times they managed to mess up my each of my orders. First I didn’t get either of the two drinks I ordered, and then I didn’t get either of the two food items I ordered. I don’t understand if it’s incompetency or ignorance but my lord taco bell you gotta lock in on the quality control PLEASE. Taco bell isn’t even that bad but their hires apparently can’t do their jobs.

It's true that you can have a vegan meal at Taco Bell. Simply substitute black beans for the beef and then have it fresco style where they substitute sour cream and cheese for Pico de Gallo. Yummy!! Great location on Hershberger Rd in Roanoke VA. Also it's important to note that Taco Bell is the first fast food restaurant to offer American Vegetarian Association (AVA) certified food options. Enjoy!!
Vegetarian options: Just swap black beans for beef and chicken on any item.

I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. It is hit or miss. Quality of food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But that is where it stops. The service has a lot to be desired. I would chalk it up to kids working there, but it not usually them with the "don't care" attitude. Please always check your order for correctness and completeness. It is ok for a quick bite as it is the closest one to me.
