The food is always on point for me and the wife. The sodas are typically never carbonated when I come through. Instead of just filling and serving a drink there are clear signs that the soda is not gonna taste how its suppose to.
I enjoy eating here and particularly the current avocado crispy chicken ranch burrito, a sure sign that it will not survive it's limited time availability. The store runs well. I like using the kiosks, though there are too many annoyance screens trying to sell something else and other stuff. The buttons to skip through those are in different places so that is extra annoying. That is not the stores fault I am sure. I lunch here often and they are fast and the orders are correct.
I always have items in my order prepared incorrectly, frequently missing items-especially drinks, and often unnecessarily long wait times when there are few customers.
There's rarely anyone at the front counter, so customers are left waiting for several minutes before even being greeted or having their order taken, and are still asked by staff to place the order themselves on the kiosk (which is also requested by multiple signs posted at registers and near the kiosks),...
