“We had a long overdue quiet night eating slow and enjoying the moment. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is made for lingering. It's our first time, but Bloom is definetley our favorite spot in Roanoke. We'll be back, often.“

“Hubby and I had dinner at the bar. Menu is creative, fried green tomato BLT sliders and savory mushroom pot pie. Everything was super fresh with attention to delivering highest quality. Mixologist Taylor is on top of his game and was a pleasure to hang with at the bar. His pisco sour was *chef's kiss*. Consistently one of our favorite spots!“

“WOW!! I had not had Indian Cuisine in a long time. Now I know why I missed it so bad. TAAZA is AWESOME! The service was only 4 stars but the rest of the experience was 6 stars. The food was very fresh and SUPER TASTY! If you mistakenly over do the Spice level, eat the bread. It will allow you to breathe again!!!“
