Once again I had one of the best dining experiences of my life at the Hatch Restaurant. My MIL and I have come every other Sunday for about a month and a half and I don’t have one singular complaint about this restaurant or its staff. Coly (Nicole) was so patient and attentive to us, frequently checking in, and had her team members coming by to check on us as well. Food was out within 15 minutes of ordering and delicious as always. So much love for the Hatch Restaurant and Staff! Miranda and Coly are fantastic servers and real girl’s girls! ❤️

We went here because it has a 4.9 stars. However, we were highly disappointed. The food was fine. But that's all it is, nothing special. The serving size was ridiculously small for the price. I got shrimp and ribs which consisted of 4 little baby shrimp and 3 ribs and I swear the sauce for the ribs was store bought.

Nikki was wonderful! She was very helpful and kind! She did a great job answering our questions and making our experience pleasant. The cornbread was really soft and sweet - just the way I like it. The chicken fried chicken was very delicious - I just wish the sauce on the chicken had a bit of heat!
Overall really enjoyed my experience!
