So this year my best friend and I decided to let HBHC do the bulk of Thanksgiving dinner. With her and I doing a few sides & desserts. Everything tasted wonderful and we were not disappointed. Everyone at the store was professional and service was quick when the order was picked up Wednesday the 26. Along with the traditional Thanksgiving food we also got the BBQ pork roast. Let me tell you, that sauce is awesome. We will be back for more meals in the future.

Picked up a prepaid/preordered ham online today for my sister. I gave her a $5 coupon I got in mail to use when she ordered. She indicated she didnt see a place to enter it at ckout. So she called and they told her to bring coupon with her during pickup and they can take off there. Got to counter, picked up her ham, gave the lady the coupon to process with the order QR code(they refund or chrg u more depending on actual weight) and she said she couldn't take that $5 off, I would have to go to the register. Went to the register and young lady gave me a similar message. I asked her if she could get mgr, she could take care of it. She got mgr and she also gave me the same crap. Hope saving that $5 was worth this fine review. When u pay $14.99 / lb for a ham, total came to just over $130. You would expect white glove treatment. You won't get it here. This place is a zoo. Would suggest getting your ham at Kroger or Sams at $2.99 /lb. They are just as good and u will save a TON of money!

We came in to purchase ham salad and chicken salad. We got both, plus a yummy, buttery croissant 😄
The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is clean and approachable. The parking can be tricky however, as the lot is shared with a restaurant.
The ham salad is finely ground and a little sweet. The chicken salad is chunky with cranberries and celery.

The food is amazing & the employees are nice. But yelling at your employees over a simple mistake. Screaming and berating them is over the top. Until you treat your employees with respect you will no longer get my business or anyone I suggested to come here. They deserve better than that. They are humans not robots and will make mistakes. As a manager I would never.

I pass this place often. I had free time at lunch today so I stopped in to pick up some ham for dinner and was not disappointed. Nice thick slices - great by themselves or in sandwiches. You can also dine in or get takeout meals. I hope they do well as I plan to go back.

Prepaid option should be faster and more convenient. Limited staff available and then having answer questions from walk-in customers absorbs much of the their time, making the prepaid wait for what should be a walk up and walk out experience.

Ordered a sliced roast turkey breast online before noon today and paid for it online. Arranged for pickup at 2:00 that afternoon. No problems identified and response indicated all was set. They sent an email at 1:00 reminding me of my order and to pick it up in an hour. I arrived just after 2:00 only to be informed that there was no sliced roast turkey breast available then. This was the day after Thanksgiving-a day you would least expect them to have problems with supply. Their turkey is very good, but don't order online expecting sliced turkey later that same day. It will be a wasted trip. Even if they send you an email confirming the order and pickup time. They refunded me(thanks a lot). Very disappointed.
