The food is amazing & the employees are nice. But yelling at your employees over a simple mistake. Screaming and berating them is over the top. Until you treat your employees with respect you will no longer get my business or anyone I suggested to come here. They deserve better than that. They are humans not robots and will make mistakes. As a manager I would never.

I pass this place often. I had free time at lunch today so I stopped in to pick up some ham for dinner and was not disappointed. Nice thick slices - great by themselves or in sandwiches. You can also dine in or get takeout meals. I hope they do well as I plan to go back.

Prepaid option should be faster and more convenient. Limited staff available and then having answer questions from walk-in customers absorbs much of the their time, making the prepaid wait for what should be a walk up and walk out experience.

Ordered a sliced roast turkey breast online before noon today and paid for it online. Arranged for pickup at 2:00 that afternoon. No problems identified and response indicated all was set. They sent an email at 1:00 reminding me of my order and to pick it up in an hour. I arrived just after 2:00 only to be informed that there was no sliced roast turkey breast available then. This was the day after Thanksgiving-a day you would least expect them to have problems with supply. Their turkey is very good, but don't order online expecting sliced turkey later that same day. It will be a wasted trip. Even if they send you an email confirming the order and pickup time. They refunded me(thanks a lot). Very disappointed.

Well I decided to visit Honey Ham, it's been awhile. Enter the restaurant goes up to the counter to ask if they still serve box lunches?? I DID NOT FEEL LIKE THIS WAS A GOOD ATMOSPHERE AND IT DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME NOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN...

Once you've had their ham nothing else is good enough! Drove 45 minutes one way so I would have it for Christmas dinner. Service is wonderful! Despite crowds and guest confusion, staff remains calm, cheerful and friendly! Clean and organized inside with displays and helpful signage. Thank you to everyone who works here!

While picking up Thanksgiving ham, I asked if any sliders available. Lady said yes, put in a bag, I paid $35. Got home ( I live over an hour away) and went to fix them. They were the turkey cheddar, and expired. The overwrap had a "made on" date of 11/13/23 and "use by" date of 11/17/23. I picked them up on 11/22/23.....5 days from use by date. I have contacted this store twice; no one has returned my call to attempt a resolution of me having to throw $35 in the trash. The ham was delicious, but I'm over anything else there!
