Went on Christmas Eve. Waited 40
mins after ordering for food. Server never came back during that time to refill glasses and when my husband went to the counter to ask for a pitcher of water he was told “it’ll be a bit.” Food came short 2 meals. Got my son’s out a few minutes later - 1 pancake burnt and bacon half raw. An hour after we initially ordered I still did not have my order - 2 waffles. Everyone in my party was finishing their food when I told the server to cancel my order. After about another 10 mins she came back with the checks (which were incorrect) and told me when she went to cancel mine they had just put them in the window. At that point would’ve been nice to offer to box them up and comp them for the terrible kitchen service and table service, but instead handed us the checks.

The bread on my sandwich was as hard as a hockey puck. I’m being so serious. My husband ordered DoorDash from here tonight and we were severely disappointed and dissatisfied. My husband didn’t even wanna finish his food it was that bad. His bread was also very hard and inedible. They also didn’t add his onion rings side. Please don’t waste your time by ordering here you will have a very disappointing dinner.

This is a Denny's. Should be made a lot clearer that it's not actually a separate restaurant. Also, bold move to take a dig at the Waffle House next door. Last I checked, they weren't struggling to stay in business.

way to many employees not to answer a phone for more details about food offerings or any other questions ,guess they are being paid to flirt and hangout in the parking lot. Is this place really open or what.? Have had this same thing happen before and we drive across town just to leave because no-one would seat us. You can also tell what kind of food you would receive by the attitudes of your employees and MANAGERS. SHAPE UP BE PART OF THE SOLUTION OR JUST SHUT DOWN, Wonder how the franchise would react to being treated like you treat the clients. hmmm

Always enjoy Sunday breakfast at Dennys on Orange Ave. in Roanoke, Va. The food is great and served exactly as I custom order. Employees are friendly and remember me. Sabrina is often our waitress and I could not ask for a better server!! Give it a try.

I ordered a full plate of nachos and it came out with a plate full of nachos and just a little of the ingredients just thrown in the middle I mean my dogs probably wouldn’t have ate it. I asked the manager to please send it back to the kitchen to add what the picture showed she proceeds to tell me they can add “extra” but I would have to be charged for it. Absolutely not I won’t pay for anything “extra” that should have been on the plate to begin with. Yes I did say I didn’t want the pico de gallo but still what I received was just a plate of nachos with some cheese and meat thrown right in the middle…I told her just take it back and remove from my receipt because I wasn’t paying for something like that. I don’t know this managers name but she was very rude. To top it off a couple was in here complaining when we walked in, that should have been a sign to walk right back out.
