The food was absolutely perfect, the service was outstanding and we are planning a trip back. They made it special for my husband's birthday and I couldn't of been more pleased.
They only have powdered scrambled eggs for brunch.... no menu items just the buffet with no omelette bar... shrimp & grits were not great nor was the smoked salmon. Mediocre at best.
Waiter told us food was delayed as they were handling room service orders first. When finally served, oatmeal had hair in it.
Staff went above and beyond to make our evening spectacular! Food was delicious and served with the upmost attention!
Amazing experience! From beginning with the jovial maitre d' to our server, delicious cuisine, the gentleman who filled our water glasses with panache and the talented trio of musicians and the dancing! Such an incredible evening. Thank you!
Great food and service with a great ambiance. White table cloth, nicely decorated tables and dining room area. Piano music playing. Loved it! Will definitely come back.
We had a wonderful evening at The Regency Room. The food was delicious and the beverages enjoyable. Service was pleasant and efficient. The music completed our evening in delightful style.
The Regency Room is beautiful, but what we planned on being a nice anniversary dinner was spoiled with scattered service and cold food. Our server was clearly overwhelmed to the point she forgot the decant our wine, didn't bring breads and had to be reminded to pour my husbands peanut soup which is a tableside preparation. She didn't check in with us often and when our food was served, my husbands short rib was cold on the top and like warm on the bottom. We didn't want to have to complain on our anniversary so we simply let it go, but I'm not certain we'll give the Regency Room another shot. The experience fell well below what we were told of its reputation.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant!! Staff from the welcome to the dining experience were so attentive to all of our needs. We ate here on our way out of town and enjoyed it so much made it a stop on our return. The food was perfect, our filet was cooked perfect. The shrimp cocktail was served in a plum sauce !!! The pan seared grouper was an amazing dish!! The cherry tree old fashion is a must! Don't forget to sample the peanut soup. To end the dinner the bananas foster was perfect. We were met by Lowell who had a card on the table with our name and our amazing server was Angie.
Beautiful decor, lovely music, excellent service and a scrumptious brunch with a wide array of breakfast, lunch, seafood, and dessert options!!!

Food was okay but not the excellence we expected. Service was slowww. No lemon marriage pie. No espresso though both on the menu. I would give an overall grade of C.
One of my absolute favorite restaurants! The food and service is outstanding and with the music on a Friday or Saturday evening allowing for a little dancing its perfection! I always feel transported to a more elegant era!
Great evening! I was amazed by food pricing and service. Vinny, our waiter was relatively newly employed but obviously very well trained! People need to go to this restaurant! The live jazz trio was fantastic and perfect for the venue,
Our party was dining to celebrate many years of friendship and common history including many experiences at the hotel. We were very pleased with the renovations and the architectural features that were preserved and are so unique and charming. The staff at the restaurant couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and the meals were exceptional. I do think that the newest person on the team, who served us water and told us that he played the piano, should be allowed at least one or two opportunities each night for the benefit of the guests. I'm only half joking. Thanks for a wonderful evening.
Beautiful dining room. Staff was friendly, but food was average and not worth the cost, The Spring salad was the worst salad that I have had in any restaurant of any kind, Had the salmon which was adequate. Was told that it was wild but that is doubtful. Had lemon merengue pie for dessert which was excellent. Wonderful jazz trio.
