The River and Rail Restaurant

Went with a party of 12, such a lively and fun atmosphere! The service was a little slow but the food was worth the wait! The fried oyster wraps were amazing, the hangar steak was well prepared and delicious, and the chicken was especially moist and lovely. We were all pleased with our meals and will return.

This place was fantastic! My wife and I got the cornbread, the ribs, the hangar steak, and the halibut. Every menu item was delicious - and unique. Our waitress, Alexia, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive as well. We will be coming back!

Tonight my soulmate and I experienced one of the better meals we’ve shared in months! The food was excellent. The drinks were superb. The waitress was excellent. To top it off, Shane Gillis personally made our meal! Will come back

We love River and Rail! They always go the extra mile to accommodate our allergies. It's one of our favorite places to celebrate or unwind. All of the staff is friendly and the food is fantastic!

One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Not just the taste, but the combos, too! Who’d have thunk jalapeño lime ice cream over banana pudding would be to die for!

I will say first and foremost, our waitress was amazing. BUT It was so hot in this restaurant, it was hard to enjoy anything. We were informed the staff had been e-mailing the owners for months and nothing was being done. The HVAC system is apparently broken. We were told the Kitchen was 107* and the chefs looked like they were really struggling. I felt horrible for them. Our poor waitress was also dripping sweat. Not a good look for a restaurant with such amazing reviews.

A wee bit pricey but VERY good. Service was outstanding and the food was excellent. I won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
